Ava had an attitude to my 2 daughters, went up to the area to pick up their drinks, and this employee named Ava, snatched the drinks from their hands, and put it back on the table, when one of my daughters explained how that was their drinks because they were waiting for 10 minutes, but that employee did not care and just continued talking on the phone. Ava was incredibly rude and had a really bad attitude. Also, this other employee charged extra money for a bigger sized drink when my daughters never asked for a venti, they both asked for a grande. They were alone so maybe they thought that they could get away with it. This employee named Crystal was amazing and very kind, she was very nice and respectful.

Kid-friendliness: Be nicer to kids don’t take advantage of them, don’t scam kids.

I usually go to the Clinton Starbucks but I believe this one tops it. The workers are much more personal and kind. I was served by Elle and she created a very kind and happy atomosphere. Will definitely come here over Clinton from now on.

If you are in a rush to get to work or simply on the go. Don’t bother. Extremely slow and so understaffed. Ava the girl behind the counter had such an attitude and even rolled her eyes when I asked the status of my mobile order after waiting for over 20 mins. Just communicate. No need to have an attitude because you are understaffed. I’ll stick to the drive thru in Clinton. Horrible customer service.

They charge more for less ice in an ice coffee! WTH. Ice cost more than water, coffee is made from water, ice coffee is already cold. This makes no sense. I will not ever be back.
