I had such an amazing experience thanks to Christine and the entire staff! They truly went above and beyond to make my Starbucks visit enjoyable. Even when certain items weren’t available, they offered thoughtful alternatives and took the extra time to ensure everything was made perfectly. Their attention to detail, kindness, and genuine desire to make sure I left happy made all the difference. It’s rare to find a team that cares this much about their customers; huge thanks to Christine and crew for turning a simple coffee stop into a great experience!

stopped here during a road trip and placed a mobile order, lovely store but the baristas were very loudly criticizing my drink orders while saying my name unaware i was sitting in the cafe. as a partner myself it was very disheartening.

I love the Old Saybrook team! I spend multiple hours here each week working remotely and am always so impressed by their professionalism and efficiency. In a busy location, with a less than ideal store layout, Christine and her crew do a wonderful job. Everyone is welcoming, kind and they never fail to greet a customer as soon as they walk in. Keeping lines moving (even on the busiest of days!) and doing it with a smile is what makes this Starbucks one of my favorites.

Great service. Great product. Outdoor seating is wonderful on good weather days. Inside is average. Lacks a coffee house feel. Small tables are close to each other and bar seating is behind a pillar(wall) and adjacent to the customer line. It is close enough that it's akward having a conversation with a friend or colleague while sitting there ... and also for the customer in line as well!

Greeted immediately. Very accommodating and polite. Drinks were made very quickly. And made well! Highly recommend.
The only downside is the limited and often inconvenient parking, which can be frustrating. However, the service consistently exceeds expectations—staff are friendly, attentive, and always get my drink order right. The space is clean and well-maintained, with pleasant outdoor seating that adds to the overall experience.
