I thoroughly enjoyed lunch yesterday at The Curry Queen. Saag Paneer, Chicken Tikka Masala, Lamb Vindaloo plus a Naan. Since living in the area from 2019, I hadn't come across any Indian restaurants until I saw the sign for Curry Queen. I thought Indian food would be only something I could get in larger New England cities. I was wrong. This food tasted great and I'll be back.

Visited Curry Queen during a family trip to CT. Had the best chicken biriyani and chicken 65. The food was really amazing, served hot with deep authentic flavor. Also tried their masala tea and mango lassi, both fresh and had that bold Indian flavor. Their customer service is really appreciable. Highly recommended.

We have been on the search for authentic Indian Food since moving to the coast and Curry Queen did not disappoint! The food is delicious with deep, well executed flavors. You can feel the love that goes into every bite from this family owned restaurant which hit all the comfort notes we were looking for. A nice and subtle touch was how catered all the wines and beers for take out are to pair with the food. We will be back regularly!

my first foray into indian cuisine and these guys did not disappoint.

the chicken tikka masala was to die for. the sauce itself lends a really nice flavor combined with the tenderly cooked chicken. it went well with the rice they prepared.

idk what specific lamb dishes they had, but they were amazing as well.

i would go there a few times a week if i lived closer.

Vegetarian options: their tikka masala vegetarian is served with tofu blocks which i sampled. very nice. their vegetarian menu is an entire page.

This was our first visit. We ordered Butter Chicken, Vegetarian Samosas, Garlic Naan and a Mango Lassi. The Samosas are incredible- they are of good size so one was enough for me. The chicken was outstanding as well- creamy and flavorful with just the right heat. If you get a Mango Lassi for takeout, you might want two because you’ll drink one on the way home. Staff is so helpful explaining dishes if you’re not familiar with the cuisine. Owner, Nalini, is so nice. Going back for sure!

A hidden gem. A truly delightful dining experience. I tried the Paneer Tikka Masala, Sambar, Naan and Kheer. I was also served papadum and chutneys (yum). While each dish was tasty and plentiful, the Sambar was just incredible - a thick stew, rich with vegetables, lentils and coconut. My server, Lohith, provided superb service - he was attentive, friendly and professional. He made a simple lunch feel like a special occasion. The host (owner?) was also warm, welcoming, and explained menu items. The atmosphere and decor were tasteful and inviting (fresh flowers on the tables). I look forward to returning.

Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian options: Paneer Tikka Masala, Sambar, Kheer. The menu lists more vegetarian options as well.

Food and service were excellent and we will definitely be back. Would have been here sooner if the sign in front of the building was more descriptive (aka Authentic Indian Restaurant). So many people drive by without actually knowing that it’s an excellent restaurant.

Had a very delicious experience. Food quality reminded my family of Indian home cooking. The service was excellent and staff was respectful and polite. In addition, very nice masala tea and kheer.

Vegetarian options: Okra, eggplant bertha, and roti was fantastic!
