I have to say the store was Fantastic, with a boot to Amazing customer service. The line, was a smooth fast, easy. Each employee smiled and waved from the moment I walked in. The bathrooms, were cleaned and sparkling! The order was correct and enjoyed the conversations with the staff! Keep up the good work!! Amazing Refreshers here.

The manager for this location makes for a toxic and uncomfortable environment and this is coming from a customer. Every single time that I’ve gone in for an order, the manager is reprimanding the employees for something. As someone who has worked in customer service, this is NOT how you should speak to your employees. If there’s an area of opportunity, you take them to a private setting, or have a meeting separately, but you do NOT make a whole scene in front of a store full of customers, just to make a point and embarrass your employees. As a customer, she makes the store environment extremely uncomfortable & I literally CRINGE at how she speaks to her subordinates. Someone needs to put a stop to this because the ladies who work here are phenomenal, the coffee is made with love, the bakery is the best & the meals are always made with care, but the manager is horrendous. I will be taking my business elsewhere due to this behavior if I don’t notice a change after my review. I’ve also hoped things would change, but the environment is absolutely toxic for the employees & now for customers like myself as well
Got wrong order gave back sandwich only to get it wrong as well. 2 Young men working in the afternoon. Long line for drive-thru. Coffee was not even warm. Way better off driving down the road to the Dunkin next to Citizens

This Dunkin is nice...more geared towards the drive thru crowd. It now has 2 kiosks where you order your drinks and sandwiches. They are fairly easy to use.Parking: If there isn't enough spots to park during the day, the adjacent restaurant has plenty of parking during the day.

This Dunkin needs to get their act together. Drive through lines taking absolutely forever even when there's only 2 people in line at a time. Drinks are never the same and no one can multi task to get things done efficiently

Possibly the worst dunkin I’ve ever been to. Last order, I did it online. Chose whole milk, they gave me oat milk which I’m allergic to - which I could sue for. Today, I ordered coffee and food - no espresso, so I replaced it with a refresher via the delivery man. Refresher came without a lid and completely soaked my food, making it unable to eat. Great workers I’m so sure. Horrible experiences. Will never go to this one again.
