This Dunkin is nice...more geared towards the drive thru crowd. It now has 2 kiosks where you order your drinks and sandwiches. They are fairly easy to use.Parking: If there isn't enough spots to park during the day, the adjacent restaurant has plenty of parking during the day.
Where do I begin? Between the really bad P.A. the workers have to ask me to repeat my order. Them having No donuts,bagels,muffins or Cold Brew coffee every 2weeks?!! I even saw a worker argue and lash out at the manager on duty (blue shirt). The said mngr had asked her to retrieve my order since I was waiting so long (1 egg cheese wrap, small cold Brew coffee and apple fritter) . This was bad due to the volume of customers inside. I have to say the store was Fantastic, with a boot to Amazing customer service. The line, was a smooth fast, easy. Each employee smiled and waved from the moment I walked in. The bathrooms, were cleaned and sparkling! The order was correct and enjoyed the conversations with the staff! Keep up the good work!! Amazing Refreshers here.
