Really liked the food here, lots of unique options.
This is the best Indian we’ve had in Connecticut and in a long time. The food is exceptional and the drinks are delicious, creative, and artistic.

***** We decided to try “Royal Spice” Restaurant on Friday, June 12th. We started with the Vegetable Sampler which was reasonably priced and a large portion to share between 4 people. It was excellent !
***** After consulting with Ali, I decided to order the Shrimp Molie. It was a large entree and absolutely delicious! It included not only the shrimp entree but an incredibly delicious salad, garlic naan, and the most delicious coconut rice!! I highly recommend it!!
***** My family members ordered the Lamb Korma, Shrimp Mango Curry, and the Alleppey Fish Curry with Mahi Mahi. Each of my family members were very impressed with their choices and thoroughly enjoyed their dinners.
***** Ali was our server, and he was extremely attentive and made our visit very enjoyable and special!!
***** I highly recommend Royal Spice Restaurant. You will be very, very impressed!!! It is now our number one favorite Indian restaurant. We rate it 5 stars!!

If you love Indian food this is the place to go this was by far my favorite Indian restaurant in CT. The menu is amazing everything we ate was fresh prepared perfect and absolutely delicious.
I am looking forward to coming back and trying the many choices on their menu. Highly recommend it !

The food was REALLLY top notch! And so was the service.

Chicken majestic
Tawa fish( I am not a huge fan of fish but this was extremely flavorful and well made😍)

This is the best Indian food I’ve had. The dal tadka might be my favorite meal ever. They use fresh ingredients (fresh ginger, garlic, other herbs I can’t identify), and it’s SOO flavorful. It’s way better than at any of the places in New Haven (which are also great).
The employees are also kind. One time I waited only 10 minutes, and they were so apologetic (for no reason) and gave me a generous discount. Really nice and unnecessary.

Fantastiic Weekend buffet lunch including salads, chaat and paani puri. Hot buffet offered numerous, scrumptious Veg and Non Veg choices including Kebabs, Curries and Biryani all very good. Highlights being a live aapam station(delish) wada/sambar/chutney outstanding. Great desert selection including a chocolate fountain. Of course, Indian hospitality shone through with impeccable and friendly service from Ali, Vipin, Minu and Monica, who kept churning out aapams straight from the pan onto your plate. They even had the sweet coconut milk to go with it. Absolutely authentic. Take a bow guys and Thank you. We will be back for sure.

We were pleasantly surprised they have a weekday buffet! My vegetarian friend and I enjoyed everything! I especially enjoyed the chicken tiki masala!! And we love the chai!!! We will stop in again the next time we come through.

I was desperately looking for a nice place to eat and came across the Indian cuisine...the lamb,rice was top notch and some other foods...of course I couldn't identify all of them
The staff was also friendly and welcoming

We came here for Sunday lunch buffet and loved it. The food was delicious. Although the cuisine is more focused on North Indian cuisine there are South Indian dishes too which tasted authentic. Looking forward for more Kerala style cuisine in the future. The staffs were very friendly and made sure we had a good time
