Been coming to this Bess Eaton drive thru for a couple years now. The staff seems nice and all. But I dont understand how every single time I order 2-3 donuts they're given to me stuffed into a bag upside down or facing to the sides like they were just tossed in. To the point where getting them out of the bag is a borderline surgical procedure just to keep the some of the frosting. There's been one or two occasions where they were given to me nice and neatly in individual containers that kept the donut looking like a donut. Can I have the person's name who does that? I want to add them to my Christmas card list.

This spot holds a special place in many hearts, offering a welcome caffeine boost throughout the day. The refreshing taste of iced coffee was a favorite pick-me-up for those early mornings and long afternoons. It became a familiar and comforting part of daily routines, a quick stop that made all the difference. Memories of shared laughter and whispered secrets still linger in the air, a testament to the power of a simple beverage to bring people together. It's amazing how certain places can transport us back in time, evoking a flood of nostalgia with just one sip.

They still have the ice coffee called the tank. However, it is small than it used to be. And they don't have the good ice like they did years ago, which was pellet ice, but coffee itself was super fantastic. They have cinnamon twists to die for. I would surely be visiting this place again next time.I'm here in Rhode Island. I did forget to ask if they actually ship their coffee. I would love to buy a bag of this for home for my ice coffees. Stop by and try them out. They are probably the least acidic coffee. I've ever had in my life and the best flavor fried iced coffee. The staff here is wonderful.Hope to be visiting again next year.

I’m very disappointed that I have to leave this review. As, I choose these smaller coffee chain over the bigger competitors. The last two times I have used the drive thru, the staff have been short over the speaker. Which is uncommon as normally the afternoon staff are always friendly. But, what frustrated me was when I pulled up to the window there’s a sign on the window that says ā€œwe accept tips.ā€ I’m all for tipping for good service. However, I don’t need it shoved in my face after poor service. Followed by handing me my bagel without a bag. I think as a customer if I’m paying X amount due to increase manufacturing pricing and expected to tip, I could at least get a small bag for my food.

We wanted a delicious fresh smoothie. We went through the drive thru first, but the sign was a little outdated. So we decided to go in. We ordered a banana and strawberry smoothie. The workers were nice, but when we got our smoothies they tasted like artificial candy. Maybe the other food is good? But don’t order the smoothies if you like fresh fruit. Looks can be deceiving.

I grew up on Bess Eaton. I thought they all went out of business. WhenI found out there was still some around. My husband and I drove an hour to get there. The donuts and coffee are still the best by far!!

terrible customer service! i asked for 2 dozen sprinkled bess bites for my toddler. once i left i noticed i was given 2 dozen plain bess bites. not a huge deal, i went back in and let them know i was given the wrong product. i’m told ā€œok well we’re out of the sprinkled bess bitesā€. i said okay i wish i was told instead of sent off with plain ones. i’ll just get sprinkled donuts that add up to the cost of these. once she rushed and packed the donuts up i said ā€œthank you, my toddler would’ve had a meltdown with plain donutsā€ and to that im told ā€œok well we’re out of the sprinkled ones idk what to tell youā€. umm you tell someone you’re out of a product instead of sending them in their way with the wrong thing??? the other employees were wonderful though.
