The lids don’t fit right on the hot cups. It’s been a problem on and off at this location for years. I’m sick of spilling hot coffee on myself so I’m not coming back. The staff is always very friendly.

my car broke down in the drive through and the lady’s there were so sweet and kind and pushed us out of the drive though to park, then gave us our food for free and gave us some tape to fix my broken car key 10/10 super sweet

This place has the best customer service. I haven't been here in months, I pulled up in a rental car and parked (so they definitely didn't recognize me by car), and my coffee was ready when I got to the register. Will always recommend this place. Manager is awesome, too. Always a really good crew.

Getting my coffee at Dunkin I’ve never had an issue Although, the crew members and store manger don’t want me to work here anymore. The ice coffees are good, the service is polite with a clean atmosphere.
This Dunkin is the perfect spot because the employees work well with each other and the manager really has it under control. Great job the the store manager not no one else.
