I have gone here very often since we moved to the area I never had much of an issue I have had some orders messed up a little but tonight they did not give me my total order and messed up one of my grinders I called to let them know and my options were to get a credit or go all the way back and get my now cold pizza I feel the customer service could definitely use a little update i will never go back here and you were our favorite take out place
Best restaurant in town. Great food, awesome staff, been going here for years and they even catered my wedding. Love Gus’s Pub!
P.S. - My daughter has worked here for years and the owners treat their employees very well! As for the person who posted a review below…the check/money were found in a dishwasher bucket, they got swiped up by accident. Sad to hear they do not treat their staff well, and the fact that they refuse to give clarification on the issue speaks volumes!
