CHECK YOUR BAG! Every time we order from here they never give us all our order. We have called them in the past and they have offered us to come pick up our missing items. Ha- how about you put all our items we paid for in the bag so there are no complaints. We should not have to get back in the car and drive from Jewett City to Plainfield to pick up what should be at our house already. They look like they have a nice dining area but have been takeout only since the first time I went. I've gotten lunch from there a several times. They have a pretty big menu. The sushi was good. I've liked most of what I've tried and it's all been nice and fresh. They are on the more expensive side for Chinese takeout but overall good food

Joyful has the best Chinese food in the Plainfield area, wicked bummer that they NEVER plan to open the dinning room to allow guests to sit inside for a dine in experience. I will always come for take out — but it’s just the owners that don’t want to pay staff to work when they can make all their money in take out and pay the rent.
