So Underrated Wanna find a great bar driving in the middle of eastern CT off 395? Well here it is. Great bar, grate bartenders, and extremely friendly clientele. There is bar side as you walk in and the other side with pool tables. Another great thing is the food. All bar food but they have great wings, tenders, and sandwiches, I can't say enough the pros of this bar off the highway in CT. Thanks

This place is a dump. There bartenders are very rude. Also very expensive. We paid two people tabit came up to $84.50. My husband paid there tab with a debt card. When we went on are account they took $104.50 out of are account. We need put tips on are card.We always pay tip with cash. Know matter where we go out to eat or drink. The bartenders gave herself a $20.00 tip. Plus the cash we left. Never again will it happen again. ????

I would not recommend Happy Jack's. The bartenders didn't even acknowledge that I was there for quite a while. They both were rude.

Wish I could give less stars. Brought in a large group and we were not treated well by any means. Would not recommend and could not pay me to come back.Update: Got a reply from the owner saying there were underaged people there at the same time as us which somehow meant they were part of our group. If they didn’t want underaged people in the bar they should put a bouncer at the door checking IDs of those coming in. However my initial statements still stand - those paying guests that were of age were treated poorly and blaming it on others in the establishment as the same time as us seems like a bit of a lame excuse.
