The seating in this restaurant needs updating. There were seven of us in our party, and it felt like we were all sitting on each other's laps

Could not wait to try the Bourbon St chicken and shrimp. Was to be cajun seasoned blackened chicken and shrimp with a side of mashed. Well....shrimp was raw not blackened, chicken not blackened and raw and absolutely no cajun flavoring at all!. HORRIBLE. We told the waitress who apologized and said she would get the manager. She returnes shortly with to go containers for our salads but no manager ever appeared. Shame on him or her. He/she should have comped the entire meal but we had to pay 15.00 for a glass of unsweetened tea and a diet coke and queso appetizer. Never again.

Gotta say, the last couple times I went to apple bees I kept saying to myself “wow I don’t know why I don’t come here more often, service is fast, food is good, prices aren’t bad…” WELL this time showed me why I will never return. From the start of experience ( 2 adults, 2 kids and 1 toddler requiring high chair) got seated in a booth that seats 4 with a booster seat. How will seating 5 including a booster seat work in a small booth? It doesn’t. They didn’t have high chairs Becuase they are apparently down to 2 and they were in use.. we got a high chair worked out fine, then our waitress spent her time trashing the people she works with from other servers being slow to managers sucking.. I was thoroughly suprised. BUT WAIT it gets better, she asks if we want to put the kids order in first, yes sure. We always do that and never have issue. Well she puts the kids foods in, doesn’t get our drink orders, comes back with the kids food and we haven’t even placed out orders for drink yets. Now we put in our orders and fast forward 45 minutes later we still don’t have our food, kids have already eaten and are now getting antsy. So we got to sit at a table for 1 1/2 hours and eat nothing.. they didn’t take it off the bill and give us our food to go, that was appreciated.. however we came here to celebrate my daughters 5th birthday, which turned out to be so unenjoyable for everyone. Service was so slow we didn’t even get to order dessert for the birthday girl. Absolutely disappointing from start to finish.

Food is poor quality gave them another shot but they failed again sat for over ten minutes the hostess went looking for our server and he still didn't show up then when he did tells us the kitchen got slammed there were nobody in the restaurant then he takes order brings wrong soda

Got curbside to go and parked in the curbside spot. Nobody came out with my food. My expected time for my food to be ready had already passed by over 15 minutes. I went inside, and of course my order was ready. Why do they offer Car side to go if they don't come and give you your food? My food was cold. I am very upset

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE . me and my friends literally was only there for like 10 mins till we got kicked out because of some lady being disrespectful to us. We was having a conversation and they decided to bud into something that had nothing to do with them. The server was very rude , if she didn’t like her job she could quit .. was giving attitude for no reason.

Love it all! My best go to place for all occasions.Drinks are great.But you get more ice than a drink.Food os great but it comes out semi warm.

Me and my family went to go eat for my dad B-day and the waiter was so rude and disrespectful she messed up the whole order so I went to tell the supervisor and he said he was not going to take our order
