“food is fantastic, the only negative for me was the server when my friend and I dined in. when I asked for the maple drizzle for the sweet potato fries I was giving a look of disdain. when the burger I asked for came out without the extra bacon I had ordered on it I was brought two strips of bacon. I had to walk out and my friend was thankfully able to cover the bill for both of us. the food is fantastic but the server that waited on us would be better in another line of work. the cook was wonderful, she came out herself to bring what she thought would fix my order. I still recommend even though I had this one negative experience. best sweet potato fries I've ever had, just order at the counter when you go.”

“We used Don Taco to cater a 60th birthday party and the food was amazing! Large portions, and everything was freshly made when we picked it up. The food even stayed hot for a while during the party! 1000% recommend!!”

Everything was exactly as we ordered it, order was ready on time, food was excellent, and soup traveled really well for takeout French onion, which is hard to pull off.

Highly recommend the takeout if you cannot dine in.”

“This is Authentic Japanese sushi! Run by a husband and wife. The rolls are very generously sized and the tea is amazing. My table drank the entire pot on a hot, humid, summer day.”

“We had my daughter’s baby shower at Lola’s. From the start of booking until the day of the shower. So easy to work with. The day of the shower, we were greeted with such warmth and truly our waitress for our party, Becky, was fantastic. Catered to our every need and was so beyond helpful. She worked very hard and was so pleasant! The food was amazing and plenty of it! Guests went back for seconds! Becky even went above and beyond for my mom who couldn’t eat something and prepared a new one just for her. Truly a gem of a place! “While recently visiting family in Terryville, CT. I was invited to join them for a meal at ASIA DARBAR in Plainville. I had never had Pakistani food and my family was concerned that it would be too spicy or exotic for me. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by the owner. My BIL is from Pakistan so was easily able to explain that I was a newbie but willing to try any food they suggested. I have to say that I think they went out of their way to have me sample a wide range of flavors and spices. I highly recommend the Butter Chicken and the mango smoothie if you’re not into seriously spiced food. They were easily within my comfort zone. Some of the other foods stretched my taste buds almost to the limit but in a totally enjoyable way. There was a goat & rice dish, a rice & pea dish, Naan bread and, of course, the mango smoothie. For dessert, I had a sample of a rice pudding, a warm carrot pudding, and a 3rd that I can’t name. All were excellent. I can’t judge the quality of the food because, again, I had never eaten similar food. Everything tasted wonderful, tho. It’s my understanding that the restaurant has recently changed ownership so let me mention the wonderful people I met. The owner checked in with us to make sure everything was OK. It definitely was. The waitress was a young college student who was an absolute delight. She was attentive but not intrusive, friendly and always helpful. It was an all-around wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be back to try the weekend brunch on my next visit. My only request would be that they relocate to central New Hampshire so I can eat there more often. Thank you for wonderful food and a thoroughly enjoyable experience.”

“This is my favorite ice cream place! The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is because of inconsistency. There are times I get a good amount of ice cream and toppings for what I pay, and then there are times like today.. In which the kid literally gives me 1/3-1/2 the amount of ice cream they usually give out, a "sprinkle" of chocolate sauce, and maybe a dollop of whipped cream. I have never been so disappointed! 90% of the time they are perfect. It just depends on your server I guess.”

“I come in here all the time but my service was beyond exceptional tonight. Mike and Sophia were very quick in regards to getting me a new drink when I was low and the wings were phenomenal. 10/10 service. Plainville is by far the best location … probably because Chris keeps an eye on things 24/7”
