“It wasn't busy until I was in line trying to decide what I wanted. I went with the whoopie donut. It was delicious! There was no confusion with My coffee request, which was awesome.I was there around 2 pm. There was a great crew of friendly workers.

Parking: It's in a strip mall next to other restaurants. I can see where it could be hard to find a parking space.“

“Just started coming here not too long ago and have not been disappointed! The bagels are delicious and always fresh. We call ahead and have our order ready within 10 minutes. The donuts are delicious, my favorite right now being the Oreo one. The staff is very friendly, we were attended to by a lady who was very friendly and courteous. With 2 coffees, 2 bacon egg and cheese sandwich bagels, and 3 donuts… the total cost was about $32. She even threw in an extra donut 🩷. All staff members have been very friendly and kind. Definitely recommend this place.“

I work right across the street so coming here is extremely convenient but even if it wasn’t I would take the extra drive to come to this location“

“This is the only DD when i can get my coffee.
I have a DD about 2mns from my house but i rather drive all the way to exit 25 (i am by Naugatuck Valley Community College) to get it from this place. I work in Meriden and used to buy it over there however idk what happened 😐 that they started to make my coffee nasty. Mess up on my oders all the time. Asked for hazelnut shot and would give me a coffee tasting like pumkin spice 😫. Tried an other DD in Meriden and they never ever put sugar in the coffee even though i always ask for 6 sugars. Out of like 20times i went there ild say 2 maybe 3 times they put sugar 🙄🙄🤦🏻‍♀️ so i tried this location on Kukas ln and hasn't failed me yet. They're quick, polite and make my coffee perfect 👌🏼 🥰. Keep up the good work 💪🏼“

“Love this early morning crew! Kyle and Shannon know my drink when I pull up to order, and it's never screwed up. Any other time of day it's always made wrong. Too little ice, extra milk. Sugar cakes to the bottom. I may sound picky but it's not that hard and we all deserve to have our coffee made the way we like.
I always ask to melt the sugar and every other place gives me attitude but not these guys!! and they are always so kind to me at the window. Please give tips when you can it's what they live off of!“

“This was my first time coming to this Dunkin n from a managers point of view their staff was on point and ve ATTENTIVE with their job.. There was only 2 employees working the front and the store got busy,they both worked together to get the job done. Even though it's early in the am they give 100% to every order they take. It really makes my morning to see them. I will continue to go here to get my Dunkin. Besides the great service she is the reason i stop here as opposed to the 5 other dunkins on the way and around my job! And check out the picture… its little touches like that. That turn this from a run of the mill fast food spot to a fine breakfast establishment.“
