“Very good coffee the cold brew is excellent“

“Very fast and friendly service. I never had a problem at this Dunkin. I go everyday and seems like everyone is happy to be there.“

“Great service .. the young Ladie working the front saw me waiting for a while , I let some others go in front me in line and she decided to give me a coffee on the house for waiting.. Good to see some people still provide great service .

I didn’t catch her name but I hope she gets a promotion . I rarely spend anytime writing any reviews but this one definitely deserves one .“

“The best donuts in Connecticut I only wish they delivered. Oh, maybe they do do you?“

“I went to Waterbury, CT to try Brooklyn Baking Company for the first time. They have some delicious glazed donuts and cornbread! I am looking forward to try their other desserts.“

“The best! Quality ingredients and pride in their product“

“My friend brought me here and I'm glad she did. I ended up purchasing the waffle order with strawberries and bananas and a few other toppings and it was delicious and healthy. Carlos and Melissa have a great little business there and they are very friendly and personable. You don't see that nowadays. Everybody's so wrapped up in the rat race. So thank you Carlos and Melissa. Keep doing what you're doing and you will succeed.“

“Tried the frozen Mac n cheese and it was absolutely delish! My son who is very picky had three helpings. Probably the best we’ve had. We miss the seafood newburg. We were told it was not a good seller. It is a must try if they put it out again. You don’t know what you are missing. The flavors are unbelievable!“

“They make the best Coffee“

“More expensive then other Dunkin’ Donuts. Will not go here again !!“

“This is the only DD when i can get my coffee.
I have a DD about 2mns from my house but i rather drive all the way to exit 25 (i am by Naugatuck Valley Community College) to get it from this place. I work in Meriden and used to buy it over there however idk what happened 😐 that they started to make my coffee nasty. Mess up on my oders all the time. Asked for hazelnut shot and would give me a coffee tasting like pumkin spice 😫. Tried an other DD in Meriden and they never ever put sugar in the coffee even though i always ask for 6 sugars. Out of like 20times i went there ild say 2 maybe 3 times they put sugar 🙄🙄🤦🏻‍♀️ so i tried this location on Kukas ln and hasn't failed me yet. They're quick, polite and make my coffee perfect 👌🏼 🥰. Keep up the good work 💪🏼“

“They always make my coffee perfect!“

“I can’t say enough great things about this location. Every member of the staff is phenomenal, they always have a positive attitude even when slammed with customers. I work right across the street so coming here is extremely convenient but even if it wasn’t I would take the extra drive to come to this location“

“Very polite, great customer service, very clean“

“There are 2 dunkins closer to my home and I go to this one whenever I'm getting dunkin because their service is always great, friendly and fast and they always make my drinks perfectly! (Even if I order them a little weird) Also the food is always hot and crispy. Can not say enough good things about this dunkin!“

“Pumpkin Spice is life...😍“

“After 8 months of living here I can finally say I've found the best Dunkin in the tritown area. At every other dunkin I can expect there to be 2 people working and wait anywhere from 10 to 25 minutes. This establishment is well maintained, adequately staffed, has a sleek interiors and friendly staff. I ordered an iced coffee and a 25 count of munckins. The order was completed in < 4 minutes or less. Like cmon? Does it get better than that?! Now every time I want to treat my weekly case group to a sweet treat I will be SURE to visit this dunkin.“

“Convenient locations.....“

“Great service. Only one near me that does blueberry and apple filled crumb topping.“

“I have gone to this particular Dunkin a few days a week since I have moved to the area about a year ago.

Consistent quality in both customer service and food/drinks. The staff has always been polite and oriented towards getting the customers order correct even if some days it seems they are stressed or busy!

No complaints.“

“Was visiting here Friday morning relaxing in the chairs with my coffee when I unexpectedly had a very intense seizure. The staff jumped into action & took care of me until paramedics arrived. I felt embarrassed to return because I'd caused a scene, but when I came back and apologized the staff here warmly welcomed me back and were so kind to me that it nearly brought me to tears. These are amazing, wonderful, beautiful people, and EXACTLY the type of employees that every business should pray for. This is my new spot for as long as I live in Connecticut and I would literally go out of my way if I were you to go to this Dunkin (especially if you plan to have a medical emergency bc these ladies are cool af under pressure lol). The girls do everything they can to accommodate you and make sure that you're satisfied with your order and they do it in such a genuinely kind way that it starts your day off beautifully. Thank you ladies, you have my love and my gratitude.“

“Great service. Only one near me that does blueberry and apple filled crumb topping.“

“This is a GREAT DD store!!! The MORNING Staff is Incredible!!! I go every day from work and they never disappoint me!!! I appreciate my morning crew and want to say THANK YOU for helping to make the work day go by!!! Specially my Boo!!! Thank you Morning Crew you guys Rock!!!!“

“I love my peeps at dunks... the one thing they could do better is pay a little closer to attention to small things like the pics I'll attach. Again. Honestly a great reliable spot to drive through and get consistent quality of service and food. I just think that giving me an everything bagel with 2 bottom pieces is an easy fix to stop the small complaints.“

“I absolutely love this Dunkin. I go here most mornings on my way to work. The morning crew (especially the women) that are there on the week days are so personable and so sweet every day. Even though it's early in the am they give 100% to every order they take. It really makes my morning to see them. I will continue to go here to get my Dunkin. This is the best Dunkin Donuts in Southington (and there are quite a few)!“

“Great experience at this location! The staff is an awesome team, and their teamwork makes everything quick, fast, and easy. The sweet lady who helped me even warmed up my bacon again without any hassle. The young man working the drive-thru cashier was also incredibly helpful—when I told him I was having trouble logging into my Dunkin' app, he went out of his way to look up the customer service help desk number for me so I could snap a picture of it. Outstanding customer service all around!“
