Great service
Great experience at this location! The staff is an awesome team, and their teamwork makes everything quick, fast, and easy. The sweet lady who helped me even warmed up my bacon again without any hassle. The young man working the drive-thru cashier was also incredibly helpful—when I told him I was having trouble logging into my Dunkin' app, he went out of his way to look up the customer service help desk number for me so I could snap a picture of it. Customer service is top-notch, with helpful and friendly employees who create a great experience. Although there is no indoor seating, the coffee is always available "on tap", making this Dunkin' location a standout on the Rt 5 corridor. Many customers appreciate the quick service and the accuracy of their orders, reinforcing the reputation of this Dunkin' as the best in the Wallingford/North Haven area.
