“The ambiance through out the last few months and customer service dedication has grown exponentially. I really enjoy coming to this location whenever I have sweet cravings or just want to enjoy a great signature latte. “Very busy. Workers were polite and respectful. Helpful. Some of the bakery was in the wrong spot but worker did let you know ahead of time. Wouldn't recommend getting something toasted if they are busy only because they are rushing and might mess up your order but otherwise clean placeDietary restrictions: They do offer almond and oat milk for those who have lactose problems.“
“They must have been having a rough morning. I felt awful, they didn't have enough staff this morning. The lady taking orders was not listening entirely when taking orders she seemed frazzled, the one that was making the food and pouring the coffee was trying to smooth things over with other customers that were having issues. One of our sandwiches wasn't punched in. The line was getting long at this time when we realized with the woman making the food. I asked if I could order it mobile she said she'd make it for us while I placed the order. When we went to get our sandwiches out of the bag I saw that she put hashbrowns in our bag as an apology, that wasn't expected and was very nice.I understand what it feels like to scramble and not have enough staff, they are doing the best they can. ♡“
“I usually visit in the evenings and am always greeted with a smile and my drinks are always perfect. The wait can be a little long from time to time, but they actually make my coffee correctly instead of just trying to rush everyone out the door. I look forward to my dunkin runs every night. “Visiting from Florida, and originally thought Gas Station Dunkin’ would be gross and inferior. To my surprise they had a lot more bakery items and coffee to offer than what I saw at the Airport.Joel was so charming and provided perfect service. It was like he would do anything to make sure my twin and I left the store with a smile. I definitely wasn’t an easy customer as I ordered an Ice Coffee and forgot to say “decaf,” but without hesitation, he was happy to change it after already making the original order… AMAZING SERVICE!! Joel definitely made our last day in Connecticut memorable.“
“I got to give credit were credit is due. I go to this location at least x1 per week. caution avoid big orders and if you have the office coffee run do yourself and them a favor and down load and order from the app. the morning manager is stressed but he is great. he will tell you like it is if your order is too big. just work with them and bless them they don't understand how important there job is when there coffee can put a smile on the face of a coworker or another person going through some stuff. I wish we somehow can pay it forward to those individuals who work to put the smile on the faces of others.“
“This place is an amazing place, great atmosphere with great staff that’s knowledgeable of the their menu. The teas are made in house and are phenomenal. A must try is the Jasmine green tea. Now onto the sweets, just wow mochi donuts and their ube ice cream is just amazing.“
“Great donut shop, old fashion is a simple and nice option and the Boston cream is also good. Never had a bad donut here! The bagels are good (not as good as the donuts but decent) and the breakfast sandwiches are fresh and tasty. We come here often to get food for events on campus.“

I was experiencing an issue with both my payment method and the rewards in the app and the sweet lady working at the counter was very understanding and generous. She wished me a happy holidays and fulfilled my order despite not having a way to pay for it. I left the store so happy knowing I would make the drive out to this location because of this experience. My order was also made to perfection.“
