“Nice people, but the pizza was mediocre at best. The issue with the pizza was it was doughy.
We also had a ham grinder, French fries, and a creamy chicken rice soup - all of which was good.
If I were just rating the pizza, I would say three stars is probably generous, but to be fair, everything else was good, so I believe 4 stars is fair.
The menu here is pretty big. They not only have a kids menu, but a seniors menu too…
This place has been here for as long as I can remember and is a Plainville staple.
I think if we try this place again, I will have to try a steak sandwich. They appear to have a lot of steak sandwich options, so I suspect that they are good.“

“Tried out the new pizza place here in town. The staff were nice, easy to order and friendly when picking up. The inside was clean and cute. The pizza was really good! I like a good thin pizza. I got pepperoni bacon and a cheese, picked up fresh from the oven and nestled inside a cardboard takeout box. The pizza was melted evenly across the surface, forming a smooth, slightly bubbly layer --ready to serve or devour.
It's the kind of pizza that screams comfort food, perfect for movie nights, casual hangouts, or solo indulgence. They offer tacos, pastas and soups as well.“

“I live in Hartford and i have had numerous pizza spots in West Harford, Hartford, Wethersfield and Manchester. This place beats them all and take a 30 minute to go get their pizza. The crust is fantastic and the pizza sauce is authentic which makes any topping very good. This place is a gem.“

“This place is a real gem! If I could rate it any higher, I would. The service is impeccable and the waiters/waitresses really know what they’re doing. All of the food is very well-seasoned, which is uncharacteristic of most American cuisine. The prices were great for food quality that can be compared to fine dining. The portions are also very generous.

I had a chocolate raspberry martini, and the bartender tailored it exactly to my liking. We also had the Calamari piccata, and it was delish. The paella is Portuguese style, and it was delectable and flavorful. It reminded us of our fond trip to Portugal. The baked stuffed sole was great too. The tortellini rose reminded me of a fine Italian restaurant I have been to in the past.

Wish we could have had dessert, but we were too stuffed! The specialty desserts are truly unique.“

“Last week my family and i had dinner at Flair which is one of our favorite restaurants and Hector the owner told us his family bought Fratellis. We said we would come in this week snd try out the new restaurant. We had told Hector the we loved clams casino and he remembered and even though they were not on the menu he brought some to us from Flair. They were excellent. We also had the best chicken dish ever which was called chicken fratellis. It was very obvious that Hector and his family bent over backwards to ensure our experience was amazing and.......it was. We ordered stuffed shells, eggplant parmesan and spinach with mozzarella, pepperoni and eggplant strombolies! The strombolies were filled from top to bottom. To say they We were pleased would be an understatement! We are most certainly looking forward to having next year's dinner from Tommy's Place. The sweet caramelized shallots combined with the creamy base and crispy crust made it incredibly tasty and unique. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Casadoro nails that cozy yet elevated vibe, and the food quality keeps impressing me more each time. Highly recommend for date nights, happy hour hangs, or just a delicious Italian meal. “We stopped here a couple of months ago, on a whim, when we saw a sign advertising breakfast, and we've been back multiple times since. Their breakfast is the BEST around! The coffee, french toast, pancakes, eggs, and western omelette are all delicious, and the hashbrowns are like no other! Food is priced very well. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The restaurant and bathroom are VERY clean. Their bathroom even has a baby changing table. Highly recommend stopping in for a delicious start to your day!“

“I've lived in this neighborhood for seven years and watched this restaurant change hands multiple times. The current owners are amazing. The rice and chicken is amazing but my preferred choice is a turkey grinder. Im very specific and my grinder is always made to perfection with care and good energy. Half of the staff remembers me at this point. The restaurant is clean as per usual and the music is soothing. If you haven't come to order I would highly recommend that you do!

Also since im adding a photo, my order is light turkey cheese all the veggies, extra mayo, vinegar and pepper. I had to specify since my personal sandwich may not look appetizing to some.“
