My friend had veal picata over linguine. He enjoyed as well. Decor was not what I expected. Felt a bit like a refurbished diner. I think they could add additional Tuscan flavor to help make the in house dining more inviting. But, the food was the star and female waitstaff extremely friendly. You won't be disappointed“

“My wife and I arrived irritated and hungry after a 7 hour drive with so much traffic, we were looking for a place to sit down and eat, though there are two small tables inside this isn't the place for that. They stayed busy with calls and customers coming in and now after having a couple slices I know why. I'm not even sure what slices I picked, I both had bacon on them and one was a white pizza slice, and though I was worried because it was nearly 8 pm at night and who knows how long they had been sitting on display I wasn't in the mood to go somewhere else.Fast forward to my wife and I getting to our hotel and opening up the box and taking a bite, I smiled, it was one of the best bites of pizza I've ever had from NY to Italy to Germany to all over the US. “I came here for dinner with my family and girlfriend and I must say the food is absolutely delicious but it is a little bit smaller than the Milford location. At the time when I went, there was another major party going on just arriving with Quinnipiac university which these women filled up most of the dinning area. I did call ahead of time and put a last minute reservation but still this restaurant needs to expand and have a separate area for parties it is way too small. A lot of people don't like to sit at the bar area for dinner squeezed into a booth with a noisy party eating buffet style.“

Anyways, picked up my very generous looking half a tuna for under $10 and left. This was one of the best tuna grinders I've ever had. Bread was lightly toasted. So perfect I came back to have my daughter’s first birthday party in 2/2024, and once again it was amazing. The service was impeccable, we had Nancy running our room and she was phenomenal. Gina, the manager is so attentive and was there to answer all my questions throughout the whole planning process. The food was so good, all my guests talked about how good it was. “We were traveling through the arena on Hwy 84 at 6 am and wanted coffee. Caffe Italia was the only place open so we drove into Waterbury. Winding our way there we almost decided to turn around and then…there it was. This was like walking into a little Italian neighborhood hangout….with EXCELLENT espresso! “Aziago's is THE PLACE for catering, and they were able to accommodate my food order for Christmas Day relatively close to the holiday. Due to multi-house traveling, I didn't have the ability to cook my Christmas dinner for family when they came over to my house for Christmas. Aziago pricing was extremely reasonable for catering. Sometimes, during the holidays, restaurants will double they prices for catering on the same dishes they serve on a regular night (I know from calling around). This was not my experience with Aziago. They were fairly priced and had a wide range of options to choose from (another restriction many restaurants have for holidays). The food was DELICIOUS. I chose to order alot of the classic Italian dishes in catering sizes vs. the standard Christmas dinner fare. It's probably some of the best catering I've had from a local restaurant. I didn't get a chance to eat there but the inside of their restaurant is beautiful (especially during the holiday). They were not shy with their toppings and it was absolutely delicious. Subtle, interesting and flavorable blend of ingredients and dressing. We shared their pork chop dish and enjoyed how it was cooked - moist, tender and tasty.
