“Tried out the new pizza place here in town. The staff were nice, easy to order and friendly when picking up. The inside was clean and cute. The pizza was really good! I like a good thin pizza. I got pepperoni bacon and a cheese, picked up fresh from the oven and nestled inside a cardboard takeout box. The pizza was melted evenly across the surface, forming a smooth, slightly bubbly layer --ready to serve or devour.
It's the kind of pizza that screams comfort food, perfect for movie nights, casual hangouts, or solo indulgence. They offer tacos, pastas and soups as well.“

“We miss the Noto Italian Market already. Wonderful, delicious cheese lasagna better than my mother's. Please, please offer it again once you reopen the Italian market in Plantsville. Right now I don't even see lasagna on the menu but many people I know love it and I have been keeping a couple in the freezer too. Hope you plan to continue to offer it. “Last week my family and i had dinner at Flair which is one of our favorite restaurants and Hector the owner told us his family bought Fratellis. We said we would come in this week snd try out the new restaurant. We had told Hector the we loved clams casino and he remembered and even though they were not on the menu he brought some to us from Flair. They were excellent. We also had the best chicken dish ever which was called chicken fratellis. It was very obvious that Hector and his family bent over backwards to ensure our experience was amazing and.......it was. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to have a fabulous meal and feel that you are appreciated. Thank again“

“Having an outside party? THIS is the best food truck to hire! Today, June 21,2025, I’m at my niece’s graduation party & this food truck was amazing! It’s like having a personal restaurant on your lawn. The pizza was fantastic -THE BEST- actually! Frank made me a gluten free pizza with potato, bacon & carmelized onions. Oh my goodness! It has to be the BEST GF pizza I have ever eaten in my life. Super thin, well cooked! I can’t say enough good things about this pizza. He made all types of pizza. Very organized, clean and so delicious! Wonderful people to talk to! Then they have other services like Gelato Giuliana-between the pizza and the gelato-it is the best of New Haven! Then if that wasn’t enough, he made Italian coffee! I have never been so impressed by a food truck in my life as I was today! Wonderful experience! Best Wishes to Frank & his team! Buon Appetito!“

“I have been going to Aldo’s for many years and think it’s time I left a review. Service - always 10/10, can never do enough for you. Value for money - 10/10. Everything is reasonably priced and the quality is unreal. I’ve probably tried everything on the menu but today I went for the Sunday dinner. Why would you get a roast at an Italian you may wonder, well let me tell you, I am the biggest roast critique as I am pretty good at them myself, but Aldo’s roast is the reason you should get a roast at an Italian. Beef, pink and tender, Yorkshire, fluffy and crispy, mash, buttery and smooth, roasts, caramelised and fluffy, veg, seasoned to perfection, all topped off with a thick shiny gravy. Cannot wait to be back next week for another round. P.S always get the little meatballs as a starter as they are THE tastiest things in the world.“

Had the muscles in white sauce- absolutely amazing! The olives take it to such a higher level.

“Tried Pizzaro’s Pizzeria for the first time. My wife and I shared a large antipasta salad and a large cheese pizza with garlic, half pepperoni and half broccoli. Everything was great. While this is more a takeout place they have large booths and the service was excellent. The salad was awesome and so large we took 1/4 of it home. The pizza was excellent. Thin crust with a delicious sauce. I’m not a fan of the outer crust but this was so good I ate everything. I highly recommend their pizza. We have to go back and try their subs and meals as I witnessed many people getting these and pizza for takeout. I give it five stars. We will be back.“

“We just hosted a baby shower at Cafe Amici and can’t rave enough about them! The staff was exceptional, helpful and so kind. The food was also outstanding! Our event was buffet style and they made sure we never ran out of any options while keeping the food hot and delicious. Lindsay was especially lovely and cheerful, you’d think she was just as excited to be there as we were! We will absolutely be back!“

“Every experience at Carbone's & More has been amazing! The food is absolutely delicious and tastes like authentic homemade Puerto Rican cooking. Even their sauces and desserts are homemade! Everything is fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. You can tell they really care about the quality of their food and the experience they give their customers.
The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service was fast and attentive. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and it really felt like a place where the community comes together over great food.
If you’re looking for authentic Puerto Rican food with amazing flavor and great service, I highly recommend Carbone’s & More. I've been there multiple times! Tastes and feels like home. Wepa!!!“

“Been a whilel since i've had pizza from here and forgot just how good it was. We had a few different types , but the meat lovers was fabulous. Loaded with toppings, but not too much where its overkill. You can taste everything individually and it was very filling. So yeah, excellent pizza. 👌“
