“Good place. Changed my opinion of the franchise. Had a poor experience with the Southbury location, but this one was great. The two employees were extremely friendly and helpful. I explained I had no idea what I wanted, and had only had a so-so experience the one time I had been to a Nardelli's before. The guy making the sandwich was incredibly helpful in helping me narrow down what I wanted. Both employees were very friendly and talkative.The sandwich was good, the store was clean, the bathroom was clean and had nice decorations.I wish I had gotten their names, I would absolutely name them. Both are stellar and probably deserve raises. They probably know who they are.Bonus: Now I also know where to get Herr's Jalapeno Popper Cheese puffs. Damn those things are good.They tell me the Southbury location is owned by the same guy. “Absolutely love this place! Been going frequently for a while and then we had them cater at work for an Open House Event and it was a smashing hit! Everyone loved the pies, meatballs and wings!
