Just had amazing chicken salad from here. The kids always get grinders and love them but as a middle aged woman I don’t have the metabolism for that anymore. So on a whim I got just a container of chicken salad and it was so good it motivated me to actually write a review!!
AMAZING! A.S is amazing. Their staff is so patient and helpful. The quality of the food and cleanliness of the location is near perfect.
We usually travel to Norwalk, but thankful they opened a location near Shelton/Monroe. We went before Christmas Eve and it made our holiday feel “normal”.
I got my husband a sandwich from the new A&S this AM. (Side note, I grew up in Stamford and that location has always been a favorite) He has never admitted that something was good before. If he loves it, he will say “eh it was ok.” (He’s a man, that’s how they operate. He sent me a text after lunch and said “that was a good sandwich.” Congrats, A&S, for cracking the uncrackable. I almost passed out when I read the text. Needless to say, we will be back! 💯
