We had the most wonderful experience at Caloroso Eatery & Bar. Unbeknownst to me, my family planned a surprise birthday party and had it at Caloroso’s in early December. We experienced the most amazing service on Thursday night. We had 7pm dinner reservations for a party of 10 after my daughter’s college graduation. The graduation ran late and we called to let them know it would be after 8 (we knew they closed at 9). Upon arrival, I apologized and offered to move our plans to another restaurant to not hold them late. They assured us to come in, enjoy and not to worry about the time. Calorosos was recommended to me by a local friend as I was making plans from out of state for my Mothers Memorial service. Chris handled my orders over the phone and had everything set up and ready when we arrived. The meals were served family style and everything was wonderful from the service, meals and dessert. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to CT. Thanks Chris and our servers Damien and the young lady that was helping.
