“We had the most wonderful experience at Caloroso Eatery & Bar. Unbeknownst to me, my family planned a surprise birthday party and had it at Caloroso’s in early December. Because the weather was still good, the party took place in the Sky Terrace…the space was very inviting and large enough to accommodate the 33 of us! Ashley and others of the Caloroso team made sure that no one went thirsty or hungry! The buffet of chicken parm, chicken marsala, pasta, salad, and more was totally delicious and plentiful! The large screen in the room made it possible for all to see the birthday trivia game through which I relived lots of happy memories and milestones! I had no idea what was waiting for me when I walked up the stairs and went through the doors into the Sky Terrace…and I’ll never forget the SURPRISE experience! Thank you, family, and thank you Caloroso team for helping to make the day a cherished lifelong memory!!“

“4 of us had dinner last night, food was excellent! The eggplant rollatini was stuffed with ricotta, tender eggplant and delicious sauce. My husband had sausage & mushroom pizza. Nice crust, just enough toppings and again, that sauce! Fried calamari was tender & crispy. 6 nice size shrimp in the cocktail. If I had anything to complain about it would be the cocktail sauce was a bit wimpy for my taste. More horseradish, guys! Lol Service was super, empty glasses and plates were removed after we finished. Cozy atmosphere, nice music at a good volume. I highly recommend the place! <3“

“The place doesn't look cozy and it only has like 3 tables, but the food is very good most of the clients order by phone to be deliver or to pick it up that's the reason you don't see too many clients there, but is one of the favorites places for the community that lives and works at Shelton.“

Super friendly and treated me like I was a longtime customer! I went with their pizza and it was excellent! Cooked perfectly & delicious. I also met the owner Luigi. Really nice person! “Went for lunch and had the clams casino. Excellent. Ava was exceptionally friendly and excellent customer service. I then tried the fried artichokes and were also excellent. I may go again because Ava welcomed me and provided a welcoming atmosphere“

“Had our baby shower here this weekend in the private room! The space was a great fit for about 40 people with a gift table and food/dessert table. Staff was amazing and so helpful. Professional, helpful and kind folks that helped make the party run so smoothly. The pizza assortment they chose for us was perfect, fresh and so good! Thank you for making a special vegan/gluten free pie for a guest!! Being able to bring in decor and our own cake/cookies was such a plus. Even though the desserts that were included with the package we chose were awesome. Can’t wait to have another party there in the future!“
