“We had BGT for my son’s graduation party yesterday. Everything was wonderful . The pizza was delicious, so many varieties. The staff were great, friendly and accommodating. “Ricotta's catering service is wonderful! We are from out of state and were organizing a Shiva lunch for family living near New Haven. Given that we only had a day to plan, time was very tight and we didn't know where to turn. Luckily, Ricotta's was recommended. Sarah was great - she was flexible, willing to deliver, arranged the food beautifully, and everything was delicious. Guests, in particular, loved the sushi, the pita sandwiches and the pastries. When visiting, we can't wait to eat at the restaurant and to hopefully use the catering service for a happier event. We highly recommend them!“

“Catering Party @ Sally’s Apizza Fairfield On Saturday September 13, 2025, we celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary. The food, service and staff were phenomenal. We all know how great the pizza is, but the appetizers and salads were equally great. I can’t say enough about the wonderful servers, Dan and Brandon. There were efficient, kind, friendly and polite. They went out of their way to insure everyone was having a great time. The bartenders and other staff went a long way to help make everyone enjoy the party. I also want to thank the General Manager, James Layfield and the Catering Manager, Helen Blanchard for their exceptional service and hospitality. “Stopped in after driving back to Rhode Island from Pittsburgh, the owner Chris was over accommodating to me & my family. Not to mention the pizza was delicious. The marketplace it is located in has a cool, relaxing vibe. Convenient location off of the highway with parking close by. Definitely check them out if you’re in the area. “The party size pizza has really thin crust. And the extremely thinner parts of the crust were burnt. However, I loved the deep dark red color of the sauce and it was delicious.
Not much parking even for pick up.
It was really cold inside.
However, I'm not giving it a bad rating. I'm just not a fan of the thin crust, if I had known I wouldn't have ordered it.
I'll still willing to give another try. 😉“
