“Fabulous bacon and mushroom pizza“

“As soon as you arrive you are greeted with a glass of prosecco then you take in the exquisite architecture. The staff then escort you to your table and you're given a menu which is simple but you know right then and there the food is going to be outstanding and it was the service was excellent each dish that they brought out was delicious. The sauces had such great flavor. I would recommend this restaurant if you're looking for a culinary experience.“

“Great barcade, and I've been to a lot of them. This is the same co that has a– ostensibly the original– Barcade in Manhattan.

Great spot, cool shirts, good food, good games, good taps. I drank a beer that had a satellite on it and a great green tea shot, and their actual cocktails. Good service also

“Toad’s Place had an event where Shaggy was performing and for some reason I decided to put on a tight dress, 6 inch heels, & not eat all day to attend this event. Safe to say, half way through the show, I was not feeling well at all. The sweetest souls in the form of Gen Manager, Ed, & security, John, came to my rescue. They safely led me outside, brought me a chair and water while also staying with me to make sure I was feeling better. Then they even found me a space to sit inside so I could continue enjoying the event, safely. I’m not sure what could’ve happened to me tonight if it wasn't for the care, action, and support of these men at Toad’s Place. Shaggy also killed it. 😉! I 10/10 would recommend visiting Toad’s Place for their wonderful events & kind staff.“

“3 of us came to watch my granddaughter play in a basketball tournament at SCSU. We had Googled 'dive bars' on the way. We were not disappointed. The neighborhood atmosphere was evident. From the 3 friendly patrons who greeted us to the genial bartender. A 'Cheers' atmosphere. The 'melt in your mouth' burgers were the best ever. And we were pleasantly amazed with the bill! A definite place to return.“

“Bar 19 is the best bar in new haven super upscale and classy, Aidan and Olson are the best!!! I broke up with my partner and they went heave and earth to cheer me up. This kinda of sympathy is hard to find nowadays. Please try bar 19 if you can, I can’t say anything except how good they are, plus they have great views on the city of New Haven 😍!“

“Dangle's is a black-owned business in well established downtown. The restaurant is nice and quaint giving you the feels of being connected to the owner and staff. The food was delicious - delivered hot and fresh. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It behooves anyone reading this to try this place out. You won't be disappointed.“

“Came to do trivia visiting from San Diego, CA. I gotta say what a good time! They have great food, greater drinks and impeccable service. Our server was Michelle and she was fantastic! We ordered the fish and chips and the turkey sub with fries. Both were delightful! We came in last place for trivia and got a consolation prize! ? Great times, good food, good people. Highly recommend for a casual night out for food and drinks!“

“Mory's has great food. I can't get enough of the moule frites. Mussels topped with French fries and this amazing mustard sauce. It'll make you want to lick the plate. But please don't. Caesar salad is also a huge portion and can be topped with an add-on of chicken, salmon and even tofu. There are vegetarian options as well.“

“Came here for the first time and honestly loved it. I do not remember our server’s name but he was amazing and made the experience even better. The atmosphere was great and had a really fun and comfortable vibe.

The bun appetizers were an awesome way to start. The pork belly bun was easily the best one. I also tried the Korean fried chicken bun with gochujang, daikon carrots, and kewpie, but it did not come close to the pork belly. The pork belly with hoisin, pickled daikon carrots, and kewpie was incredible.

The red oil dumplings were awesome. I loved the sauce and the garnishes. It leaned a little more on the vinegar side but in a way I really enjoyed.

The ramen Tonkotsu 3.0 was very tasty with a lot of depth in the broth.

The pho was more of a southern style pho, slightly sweeter, but you can really taste how long the broth has been simmering. I love tendon and tripe and while they only had tripe available to add, it was still very good.

Overall the food, service, and atmosphere were all on point. I will definitely be back to try more items on the menu.“

“Get the Caldo de Mariscos if you want a huge portion of seafood - comes with tortillas, lime wedges, and diced onions and fresh cilantro, filled with mussels, crab and shrimp! Straight from heaven! Everything was delicious and the waitress was so friendly and answered all our questions. They were playing music from the bar area which added to the festive atmosphere, and we loved the decor inside. Will definitely return!“

“Went there for my birthday on Saturday…. The atmosphere was very nice. Drinks really good. Music even better . Was having a good time until one of the bartenders told us to move in a rude way. No we have been dancing and coming back to the same spot at the bar so it was empty . Y ask us to move how abt the couple next to us. Or other people that have been standing there the same amount of time or longer. Not sure if I’ll go back which is really bad . 1 person can really ruin the way u see a place.“

“Decent drinks and food. Calamari is great for a bar. They haven't had the correct ingredients for drinks all week. Small things like cherries, orange bitters, orange peel, etc. Also run out of normal brands a lot.
Decent enough but a little pricey for not being able to get a correctly made drink.“

“We just went for a birthday dinner. And some had the restaurant week menu and some ordered off the regular menu and it was an amazing. The portions are so big. BUT GOOOOOD. Cocktails are so dam good.“
