The Spicy Miso 2.0 was really good at first. The broth was super rich and flavorful, but toward the end, it started to feel a little too heavy and had a slight bitterness to it. The pork belly was also a bit greasy. I think it would be better if it were cooked a little longer so more of the fat could render out.

It's solid I've been coming here and to others in the chain for years and I have not once been handed something that was bad.
