Simply put, the food, staff and restaurant are nothing short of amazing. My husband and I hosted an event this past weekend (~100 guests) and it was a literal dream!

Absolutely delicious! Wonderful food, drinks, and atmosphere. The margarita pizza was GREAT. I can’t wait to return to try out more items on the menu next time I’m in New Haven.
If you are looking for a night out with good company and great drinks, take a ride over to Olive&Oil in Seymour. Our bartender Scott was an absolute pleasure and really made for such a wonderful experience.
He is extremely knowledgeable and very passionate about his craft not to mention his drinks were outstanding! I highly recommend asking for one of his originals.
We really could not have asked for better service and he deserves so much kudos. Thank you Scott!
