My friends wanted to meet up and had picked out this ramen spot. I ordered the spicy beef ramen with marinated egg, and a bowl of edamame... both were superb.I didn't take a picture of the edamame, but it was prepared very well and had a wonderful taste. Seemed like it was pan cooked with soy sauce and garlic maybe. Either way, it was very good, and I enjoyed my ramen as well.Nice little spot that was a pleasant surprise. The edamame alone would have me return and try a different entree and maybe some sake in a beaker, in the future.

Pho king delicious (and shoyu ramen noodles were yummy too). Come for the delightful puns on the menu, stay for the refreshing temple of the sun (if you are passionate about tart, this is the one for you) and lovely Thai tea (not let mixed in my photo, mix well and enjoy). Staff were friendly and the atmosphere was nice for casual dinner. Would strongly recommend stopping in for a bite or a bao. It would be un-pho-giveable not to try this place.

Omgg i absolutely loved it here. The ambiance was great. Our waiter was so knowledgeable and friendly I don't remember his name he was a younger gentleman with braces. I had the spicy beef Ramen which was soo flavorful I'm already planning another trip back..

This was my first time here. I tried the KFC Bao and the Pho GA. Both were a first for me. I thoroughly enjoyed my selections, but I'm not a soup eater, so I don't have to have the pho again. I'd definitely return.I do however want to know if there is a camera in the hole in the ladies' room wall. I was kind of weirded out by that.Ok so I came back on 3/5 and the food and service was top tier. Ruben and his trainee were awesome. My entire email was phenomenal.

Went in as soon as it opened at 11:30am and instantly met with friendly customer service and a warm atmosphere. It was almost instantly packed but the design of the restaurant gives way to an open and lively space. I went with a group of 9 and did ~$33 per person.I personally order the Thai (iced) tea and you have the option of either spiking it or not. I also ordered Tonkotsu Ramen w/ extra Chasu, which was a decent portioning for $19.50 before tax.The Tonkotsu Ramen was well done and I thoroughly enjoyed it with the Thai Iced Tea. My only issue is it was a little difficult to mix everything together and it felt lukewarm.Overall as a group we enjoyed the food and as an individual this is definitely one of the better Ramen places I have been to.If you are in the area and looking for a good eat with a group of people, this is definitely the place.

(TAKE OUT) Could have made something better for 1/3 the price at home, My Pho Ga had two pieces of chicken in it the size of my thumb. This was BASICALLY TOP RAMEN $$$, you put everything together yourself, the food is fine but worth the money? I dont know. Maybe try somewhere thats not a chain to see if you can find more impressive. Wanted to try Pho for the first time, and Im kinda bummed I picked this place. Paid $20 and i probably woulda been happier with top ramen and a can of bumblebee tuna. I cant recommend anything below.

A good experience overall but the actual food didn't blow my mind. The dishes are appealing and very well presented. Size of them is also generous.Service was quick and attentive. The flavor wasn't the best ramen I have tried, but I think I would try some others, but I think we want to try other places before.Might go Back.

I rather enjoyed this place. It was pretty packed on a Friday and the seating is very very close together, almost community/cafeteria style if you will and the decor is quite lovely. We ordered so much food and everything was delicious. Personally I did not have any ramen, which may have been a miss on my part but I ordered the Mushroom Dumplings and the Buddha ban me. Everything was delicious and I'm still dreaaaaminggg about those dumplings.

First asian food and noodles are one of my absolute favourites. Second, Mecha is one of the bests that I have been to which has some really amazing food. As a vegetarian, I feel like there is so many possibilities to a ramen bowl and it is full of flavour. Spicy miso is my favourite. The service and staff are so nice and inform you if any of the ramen has any chicken broth and they make it with vegetable broth instead. This was the most amazing thing that made me sure of my bowl being vegetarian. The boba tea and thai iced tea were so delicious. After all this, the roasted mushroom dumplings are the one thing that I will keep coming back g back to. Great job Mecha! I love that they are opened again after the construction. The ambiance and interiors are renewed and are very lively full of color and light and music.

I ordered take out today 02/24/24 and I was missing a few items, so I called to let them know and they told us to come back and they’ll make a whole new order. As I was getting out the car, the whole bag of food ripped and everything spilled. David or Dave, the attendant at the front wearing a hat came out and helped me clean myself up and was super nice about everything. He is very professional and super nice to me considering the situation. Great customer service! Give him a raise now!

I like Mecha's food. The interior looks great. The place is cozy. The food was good too. However, I would say the portion sizes were on the smaller size than I was expecting. Maybe that was just my one dish. Would recommend.

I really enjoyed this restaurant. Its very spacious, has a lot of open-space seating. Cozy vibes. Server was regularly around and willing to be of service. I was given my Asahi in a Belgian beer glass. Fancy. The KFC Bao was very tasty. Highly recommended. Shoyu ramen was on point as well, not too salty.

Super fun and delicious ramen restaurant in New Haven around the corner from the Omni Hotel and a few blocks from Yale. Parking in this popular downtown location is a little tricky, depending on time of day, but the Omni has a great parking garage.Restaurant is very great looking, fun, and lively. Service was super fast and friendly. Ramen is excellent! Some of my fave pork ramen and I am including the excellent spot in Tokyo I liked! Broth is very rich and sustaining! Toppings were delicious! Try the chili oil. Great date or quick meal.
