“I was recently there for dinner with my wife . Food was good , service was excellent and the entire staff could not have been more accommodating and we interacted with a number of them . Nice decor and spoke about coming back in summer months as the venue would be great . Unfortunately we will never go back . When I got the bill I saw that they charged me 75 cents for mustard that I requested for my deluxe burger , I was infuriated . The catsup was free but was blown away by a charge for mustard. Did not complain or even mention it . It was minor on a $60 bill plus a 25% tip . But the fact that someone would nickel and dime you like that said I will take my business elsewhere . Can you imagine doing that?“

“I drive a considerable distance just to come visit Bobbi the bartender. She’s the best around! Funny, fast, excellent. It’s also hard to find such a welcoming fun crowd and cheap drinks anywhere else. The new owners are regularly around and you won’t have to look hard because they’ll greet you with a smile. “We were on vacation in Connecticut. We'd had a couple meals in Milford that weren't the greatest. On our last night in town, we decided to try Bar 3 Thirty Three. Right away, the wonderful waitress came over and asked us what we wanted to drink, she was very cheerful. We had drinks, ordered our food, and chatted on and off with the waitress. The food was excellent. My wife had the lobster roll sliders and I had the Philly chicken sliders, both came with fries. Absolutely delicious. We'd definitely go there again.“

“The best thing about this place is the prices. They have fantastic prices. $10.99 for 8 decent sized wings? Who else does that? Most joints are out here trying to get $2 per wing now. I believe the buffalo shrimp was the same price ($10.99) for 7 big fried shrimp. The food decent but it isn’t going to blow your mind. That’s just me though cause I know a ton of people who love this place. My personal favorite thing was the chili, my only complaint is that it has no beans in it. When I want chili now, I no longer have to go to Wendy’s. Wings and buffalo shrimp were good but were a little too saucy for me so next time I’d probably just ask them to go light on the sauce. Good blue cheese, ok creamy garlic but nowhere near as good as Lorenzo’s creamy garlic. Definitely worth the price. Fantastic staff too. Definitely have to try a burger next time.“

Before we can finish our pitcher waitress was back to ask if we needed more or anything else in that matter. We were able to watch the Football game we wanted with the volume up to hear it. (reason for the 5). Only con wish the TVs were bit bigger and more to watch various games at once. Not saying there was not other but were far apart where i had to turn around which a way to quickly catch Red Zone or another game or Yanks game. All in all great place to go with FB crew. FYI not open Mondays currently. so MNF is no go. Maybe we can convince them to start. ;-)“

“We had the most wonderful experience at Caloroso Eatery & Bar. Unbeknownst to me, my family planned a surprise birthday party and had it at Caloroso’s in early December. Because the weather was still good, the party took place in the Sky Terrace…the space was very inviting and large enough to accommodate the 33 of us! Ashley and others of the Caloroso team made sure that no one went thirsty or hungry! The buffet of chicken parm, chicken marsala, pasta, salad, and more was totally delicious and plentiful! The large screen in the room made it possible for all to see the birthday trivia game through which I relived lots of happy memories and milestones! I had no idea what was waiting for me when I walked up the stairs and went through the doors into the Sky Terrace…and I’ll never forget the SURPRISE experience! Thank you, family, and thank you Caloroso team for helping to make the day a cherished lifelong memory!!“

“We absolutely love this place! We have been twice. The second time was this week with my sister (visiting from England). They were very busy but got us seated fairly quickly. The manager asked if we were from England. We then realized that once we were seated, they were playing British hits over the speakers. It was such an awesome touch for us! The food was incredible. The cheese dip with the pretzel sticks is amazing. My sister thoroughly enjoyed the short rib grilled cheese, and the fish (fish and chips) was as close to home as we've gotten over here. I had the portobello wrap, which was delicious. They make a very yummy kids pudding as well, which our daughter loved. We will be back in the near future. I'm so glad this place is a part of our town ❤️“

“Went there last Saturday, August 3rd at 12:30 pm and had the best time ever. I spoke to Riley prior to going asking about the chocolate martinis and she told me that Allisa made really good ones. When we got there to celebrate a girl's day out Riley was there, our waitress Shelly pointed her out so I could go over and introduce myself. Not only did EVERYONE treat us like we had been going there for years and were family, but Alissa made REALLY GREAT DRINKS and the FOOD WAS FANTASTIC. My sister had a couple cosmos, and my other friend and I had the chocolate martinis which were WONDERFUL!!! We had chicken tacos, fries and the Burbon pork belly bites were SOOOO GOOD you would want to slap anyone who tried to grab any. This was truly a good time and although it was busy, loud and was SOOOOOO MUCH FUN because everyone was fabulous. I will look forward to going back next time I'm in Connecticut.“
