“This place make you feel like you’re eating in front of Lungomare Mergellina in NAPLES, Italy. Absolutely fantastic pizza, pasta and everything you see on the menu. If you’re familiar with a real and authentic pizza this is the right place for you, won’t find a place like this in the whole state of CT. “We hired the BGT for a recent event for 50Guests. The truck arrived early, brought all the ingredients we asked for, and started cooking right away. It was raining so they brought all the food upstairs as it was ready so everyone didn’t need to venture down the stairs into the garage. The pizza was incredible - all the guests remarked on how wonderful it was, as was the salad, gelato and cappuccino also provided. “Ricotta is a Kosher Pizza and bakery. It's a small restaurant that sells pizza, bakery goods, Israeli breakfast, Israeli foods, Shakshuka, and other Israeli foods. On my way home out of New Haven I decided to stop by. The store was about to close in a hour so they didn't have as much pastries out but I will come back for another visit. The store was small and very clean. My daughter got a Chocolate Rugalach and she said it tasted pretty good. The staff were really welcoming and I would definitely have to come back to taste the Israeli food.“

The brussels sprouts were cut and fried in a unique way I had never seen before but it was quite delicious. “I haven't gone out for a GOOD pizza in a long time. There has been a lot of hype over Fuoco Apizza so I was excited to finally check them out. They are conveniently close by from my work too. Don't know why I haven't been by sooner. Fuoco has really set the bar high with their coal-fired pizza. The pizza is slightly and perfectly charred (or burnt) that it elevates the flavor. The crust was not too crunchy and the bottom wasn't soggy from the sauce. We went simple with our pie choices: Original Mozzarella, Margherita, and The New Haven. What makes it The New Haven pizza? It's a classic tomato pie with crushed tomato sauce, garlic, oregano, olive oil, pecorino. The sauce, cheese and spices lived up to the hype. A few months back, Dave Portnoy of Barstool Sports visited Fuoco and gave them a 8.5 one bite review. If you follow his pizza ratings--that is very high. The pizza, in my opinion, was some of the best New Haven style. I liked that the cheese didn't slide off with a single bit and I did not kill the roof of my mouth (iykyk). It's probably the best pizza around without traveling into New Haven and the best pizza local to Cheshire. Next time we will kick it up a notch and try pies with toppings. It's is a great casual lunch spot with a small indoor dining area and a nice outdoor patio to enjoy on beautiful days. Besides pizza, the menu includes salads, sandwiches, appetizers, wings and desserts. They carry Foxon Park soda... The birch beer is an absolute staple! I love that the menu is simple and not overly complicated. You order at the counter that looks into the kitchen then you choose your seat. The staff were very friendly and the pizza comes out very quick. The pizzas came out at different times because they were pulling the directly from the coal fire oven. The restaurant was not busy either for lunch, but they had a lot of takeout orders. Anyway, if you are a pizza lover, put Fuoco Apizza on your list.“

My friend had veal picata over linguine. He enjoyed as well. Decor was not what I expected. Felt a bit like a refurbished diner. They stayed busy with calls and customers coming in and now after having a couple slices I know why. “My family and I walked into paesanos pasta house and I ordered an medium pizza which was ready in only 15 minutes but what impressed me was I also ordered a 2nd pizza an extra large for my mother and I was able to watch the cook make the pizza by handstand the whole order both pizzas were ready to go in about 40 minutes or less highly recommend to try their pizzas. I live in the area and have been wanting to try oxford pizza palace, it seemed to be greek style pizza. I ordered a large 16inch or so meatball pizza. I usually prefer my meatball toppings flat sliced homestyle cooked meatballs, these were more small chunks but otherwise good still and fresh tasting. The cheese and sauce kind of had a different taste I couldn't completely put together i guess, idk i was hungry and i could crush the whole large pizza in probably one sitting if i tried too haha They offer an 18inch xl pizza size as well and i think next time im gunna order an xl pizza maybe a different topping to try how they make other pizzas and what the toppings taste like. I enjoyed the pizza overall and will return again.“

“Ordered a large pepperoni pizza for pick up, i drove down there and the older women was in the middle of making the pizza as i walked in. I paid for the pizza with younger lady there and i had a comfortable seat as the pizza cooked, i like to get the pizza fresh and hot as soon as it comes out of the oven to bring it home still hot for the family. The inside of restaurant looked clean and cozy for dine in, tv's playing and holiday lights on. The pie with one topping and tax came to $21.47 which is alittle more than i would like to pay for a one topping large pizza but all in all it was cooked well and tasty still when i got home. Something to note is that if you want to do a half one topping pizza, it still cost the same amount for the one topping cost which i don't particularly like when restaurants do that.“
