Had 2 slices of Eggplant, tomato, basil, and ricotta today... probably the best pizza I've had in a LONG time. Crust was dry, not greasy, perfect amount of toppings, not burnt, was not floppy when the full slice was folded in half and picked up. Seriously perfection!

We catered a luncheon through Angela's Pizza today ordering wraps and a large salad with grilled chicken on it. WOWZA! The salad had a very generous amount of grilled chicken on it, and the wraps were bursting with contents, where I've seen other deli's skimp on the contents. Everything was fresh and delicous. We'll be back!!
