Ricotta is a Kosher Pizza and bakery. It's a small restaurant that sells pizza, bakery goods, Israeli breakfast, Israeli foods, Shakshuka, and other Israeli foods. On my way home out of New Haven I decided to stop by. The store was about to close in a hour so they didn't have as much pastries out but I will come back for another visit. Fantastic food, everything is fresh and delicious! Great service and warm and welcoming atmosphere. Wonderful experience, can't wait to eat here again! Make sure to get some pastries and salads for Shabbat!

The shashukka is out of this world good. The little mushroom pastries are incredible. Their garlic knots are FANTASTIC. BUT I also had the gluten free pizza and wasn't impressed. The stuff on top of the crust was divine the crust itself was kind of a miss. It wasn't bad just uneven thickness and therefore it cooked unevenly and some parts were great and some were meh. Anyway get anything else and I'm sure you'll be happy!
