It is too bad these comments about customer service are so offensive. Pizza and other menu items are outstanding. I really hope these comments will not affect their business because this restaurant has been in business for 75 years with only family owners and their entire menu, what ever you decide getting is wonderful. Hopefully the owner will put a stop to this problem. Call him and ask to speak to the owner
If i could give a zero i would , absolutely the worst customer service i have ever experienced. This was my first experience with them and i called to find out if they deliver, was told no and then hung up on in my face while asking another question. When i called back a second time the man pretended not to understand me and hung up in my face again. I called a third time asking for a manager and explained im a first time customer and I'm not aware of what they offer with no menu...read full review

Pizza House is a well-known spot in New Haven, loved by many for their delicious pizza. With over 40 years of consistent quality, this pizzeria has built a loyal following. The pizza, with its perfect crust, is a must-try, and many customers say it explodes with flavor in their mouth. Fans of Pizza House often enjoy the small sausage pizza, which is always popular. The crust is thick but not doughy and has a buttery taste to it. Despite limited parking, visitors are willing to make the effort to get their favorite slices. Recent reviews highlight that the pizza remains fantastic, with some calling it THE BEST PIZZA, and worth visiting for its cheese, crust, and overall flavor. The space has been renovated recently, but the food remains the same, just a bit more modern, and customers can also try their wings.
