“We ordered our Thanksgiving Day meal from Italian Gourmet Deli and it was FANTASTIC! We have previously ordered catering from them and have never been disappointed. Their food is always delicious, plentiful and nicely packaged for easily heating it up with the instructions included. The staff is friendly and efficient. “I’ve now been to Casadoro three times, and this latest visit was hands-down the best yet! This place has quickly become one of my favorite spots for Italian-American comfort food with a fresh twist. Great happy hour.The new bean and garlic dip is an absolute standout—creamy, garlicky, and loaded with herb flavor. Paired with their warm, homemade bread. We also got the Bianca pizza with shallots. The sweet caramelized shallots combined with the creamy base and crispy crust made it incredibly tasty and unique. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Casadoro nails that cozy yet elevated vibe, and the food quality keeps impressing me more each time. Highly recommend for date nights, happy hour hangs, or just a delicious Italian meal. We’ll definitely be back soon—can’t wait to try more from the menu!“

“I attended a baby shower there and it was delicious and the the staff and the manager couldn't have been nicer . The garlic cheese bread was delicious and the sweet potato ravioli was second to none. The whole meal was 5 star worthy. Can't wait to go back !“

“Sfogliatelle! They offer it frozen! Get it, pop it in your air fryer until golden brown and enjoy feeling like you are in heaven. It’s filled fully with great quality cheese and orange peel. It’s frozen so you can keep it on hand and feel free to lie to your friends that you made it. Best enjoyed alone with a cup of coffee on a quiet morning.“

“Last night was my first time at Portobello Restaurant and as a local HS Culinary teacher, this spot is INCREDIBLE. Although small, the atmosphere is cozy with top tier hospitality. And the food? “I live in Hartford and i have had numerous pizza spots in West Harford, Hartford, Wethersfield and Manchester. This place beats them all and take a 30 minute to go get their pizza. The crust is fantastic and the pizza sauce is authentic which makes any topping very good. This place is a gem.“

“Cafe Pesto's is a wonderful restaurant right on route 4. It has a wonderful selection of Italian dishes with Spanish influence. I have been here several times with my wife and have had amazing meals every time. Great cocktails, quiet atmosphere, and pesto that you need to try.“

“MY FAMILY BROUGHT ME TO DINNER FRIDAY 3/29 AND I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE, TIMING OF FOOD AND ATMOSPHERE. I WAS A LITTLE DISSAPPOINTED IN THE SCALLOP ENTREE THAT STATED SEA SCALLOPS AND I RECEIVED 5 QUARTER SIZED SCALLOPS THAT SEEMED THIN FOR SEA SCALLOPS. “I came to eat at Olive Garden with my mom and we had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Everything was great, but the best part of our visit was our server, Liza.
From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. She made sure we were comfortable and took great care of us the entire time. You can really tell she cares about her customers and takes pride in her work.

“Love this place, perfect lunch spot while working on the road. The steak sandwich.It is quite different from most places. This is not shaved steak, but cut very thinly. They roast your own peppers, which are excellent. There veal cutlet is also very good. They offer hot plates throughout the week that changes every day. It's a very authentic italian deli“
