Ordered 2 wraps to go at 1:05pm. Was told my food would be read at 1:40pm & it wasnt ready until 1:50pm. I checked the food & felt as though it was missing the cheese I paid extra for & it wasn’t cooked well done like I asked. (Mind you I just went to the Manchester location this week and ordered the meals the exact same way.) The employees reassured me that cheese was in there. First time experience the other day; was seated promptly and tended to immediately, despite the restaurant being crowded. Food and drinks were served quickly, and everything in my order was hot and delicious. Highly recommended.
UNBELIEVABLE. We had a party of 9. We called the Joey Garlic's in Newington, to see if we can put our name on the waitlist. We are advised the wait list is not open, which is fine. We arrive, and are told it will be a 45 minute wait. This is also fine, and understandable on a Saturday evening, so we paitently wait....one HOUR later, we ask for an update, and the hostess says they are just waiting for a table large enough for us.
