“I highly recommend Salute. We ended up at Salute after asking for a recommendation from a coworker for a family dinner. As soon as we walked in, they embraced us as family. All the wait staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and the service was quick, but not at all rushed. When the owner, Jimmy, learned we were there celebrating some big things, he truly went out of his way to make us feel special. I can’t thank him enough for all he did for us. It was our first time there, yet he took the time (on a busy night!) to learn our names, ask questions and congratulate us. “On the road, between Massachusetts where we spent a few days in January 2024, and JFK airport, we visited Wethersfield, a small historic town in Connecticut. The place is charming, especially on Main Street, where you can find a range of attractive businesses.Our favorite remains Lenoci's Italian Kitchen, a real pizzeria set up in a small house.Big surprise when we entered, seeing part of the local Italian-American community seated there! The pizzas are very generous and made on site in dedicated ovens.For a little over $40 for 3 people, we really enjoyed ourselves. I chose Lenoci's Spinach Special with spinach, potatoes, sausages and mozzarella in a small size: it's the equivalent of a family pizza in Paris. I recommend it, but we had to take half the order with us in packages because we were full!Very pleasant and available service.It is very possible that we will come back next time, if the opportunity arises, and when the temperatures are milder ?...“

“I love ordering from here. I don't always have this issue but sometimes the fries are soggy from the steam trapped in the cardboard box so I have to reheat them in my airfryer at home. They're always courteous when I call and promptly deliver the food. I've ordered many different things from there and mostly liked them all. Sometimes I have to get toppings for my salad on the side, like the southwest salad because otherwise the liquid from the Pico will make the tortilla strips wet and I just can't do it lol. But the quality is good for the food and most times make it correctly for the changes I request.“

Lots of varieties; meats; veggies; pasta; salads; fruit; sides and desserts. Mimosas; champagne and Bloody Mary's were great. Plenty of parking and fast seating. The hostess allowed us to choose any available table. Our Waiter (Junior) was attentive; fast; accurate; professional and funny?. I noticed the Wait staff and Hostess were dressed in uniformity; wearing white shirts and black slacks. HOWEVER; I could not believe my eyes ? when I saw the 2 guys at the carving and omelette station. They were wearing "street" clothes (sweats) and beanies on their heads. They were not dressed in uniforms; or at least wearing aprons and matching caps or a hair net. Thank God they had on gloves. Totally; totally unprofessional and unsanitary. Everything was good up until seeing that; very disappointing.“

Another group sits at the table that was reserved and was told no problem it was fine which then made the table we were waiting for reserved. If I knew we could just sit there we would have. Then after we are finally sat we were ignored as the tables on both sides of us that were sat after us were given water and menus while we sat and waited. I have no idea if the food is good or not as we never got served.“

“My daughter and I go here often after school or after activities. Most of the staff have great personalities and the restaurant usually isn't too bad as far as cleanliness goes. Sometimes the tables and seats could be a little cleaner but its not terrible. The pizza is really good, reminds me of papa ginos (which is my favorite pizza ever). My daughter loves their mozzarella sticks and their sauces for the wings are my absolute favorite! I love the buffalo barbecue sauce, it's delicious! I wouldn't recommend the chicken wraps though, tried a couple times now hoping the first time was a one off but really not the best item on the menu. Got a nasty stomach ache after both times trying one.“

They were not shy with their toppings and it was absolutely delicious. The venue is casual and there are a good amount of indoor seating and they have a fairly large menu, serving gyros, sandwiches, grinders, and a variety of appetizers.
