I met these cookies at the Plainville Balloon Festival. The experience from start to finish was comforting, fun, safe, and delicious! I have been gluten free and dairy free for over 10yrs and LOVE finding small businesses that hold space for that! Simple ingredients for a healthier treat that tastes better than most of the chemical crap out there. To spice up my review, my sister went into labor one night and ended up needing a C-section. These cookies are seriously the best! I have a bunch of food sensitivities, so finding treats that I can actually enjoy is hard. But Scoops Baking Co. nailed it.
