“I recently visited Subway in Plainville, and overall it was a good experience. The food was fresh and tasted great, and my order was made just the way I wanted.

Before I ordered, there was a situation where another customer was arguing with one of the employees, which made things a bit uncomfortable. However, the staff handled it professionally and continued serving customers as best as they could.

Despite that moment, my visit was positive. The service was efficient, and the sandwich quality was good. I would still come back again.“

“I gave 5 stars for service because the cashier was sweet enough to try and walk us through the kiosk. If you want to order Taco bell from this location you have to use the kiosk. You can only order long John silvers with the cashiers. Overall it was ok, the food was good and service was good but I didn't like I had to use a “

“This is The Best McDonald's in Plainville (there are two) and probably one of the best ones you could visit. Their food is always remarkably fresh & the staff is pleasant & professional. We don't eat fast food often but if we do, it's guaranteed we won't be disappointed.“

“We honestly went here to do something else besides eating the food. (Weird I know) But while we were here we got our selfs a snack. For some reason we were treated very nicely and even offered free drinks. The guy at the front (cashier) was very patient and went up and beyond. Something you really dont see often in fast food places.“

“Nothing fancy, just exactly what we needed in the middle of a shopping day. Grabbed the drive-thru, parked, and my daughter and I ate in the car while we figured out which store we were hitting next.

The fries were fresh, the soda was crisp, and the food hit the spot. Sometimes easy peasy is all you need. It fed us, gave us a quick break, and we were back to our shopping adventure. Can't complain! 🍟😊“

“I went to Wendy’s yesterday the girl in drive thru was very kind and respectful and funny as hell. I went there to get two combo. By the time I got to the last window where she was she had my food ready and hot and fresh. I don’t know her name it was around 6:30 pm. Let her know she made my day.. we need more ppl like here taking order and have some customers service.“
