“I was in a few weeks ago and the only reason why I’m giving it an overall 5 star rating is because of the employee that was there I believe his name was Mike. For starters everything was spotless, on the outside not so much the building needs a lot of work! But Mike, He was very personable. As soon as I walked in he put a smile on my face. Why? He greeted me very enthusiastically and didn’t give me the cold shoulder of just a simple “Hi” like the other ones that work there. He even asked me how my day was going, in today’s world where ever you go people have such a sour attitude. We need more people like Mike in the world. I haven’t been to this subway in a while but I will definitely be coming back when Mike is there. Whoever the owners are, Mike is a keeper, great customer service. “I hate that they slowly repeat your mobile order, even after you say no changes because you are running late for work. I'm probably the only one, but the whole point of using the mobile ordering is that I ensure my order is accurate and speeds up the process. I don't like to talk to people because of my disability, so mobile ordering has been a life saver so if someone says no changes, don't slowly read their order and ask if they would like to make any changes. Acknowledge I have already said as much as if I mattered.“
