Fast Food Restaurants near Berlin

“Good fast food at a reasonable cost is prepared quickly. Friendly staff too. I often add a slice of my own tomato at home to the one they give you. Makes it even better.“

“I wanted to give 5 stars just for the employees' efforts. Clearly this location has severe staffing issues due to the wait. However, the girls working were so apologetic and were obviously doing their best to keep the shift going. They let us know the food was being worked on and although it was a while, they maintained professionalism and a kind attitude. I have personally worked food service where you have so few people that the front of house IS the back of house as well, and I suspect this was the case. The food was good (I am sure particularly fresh given the situation). My only other comment is that the parking lot has a lot of trash and there weren't receptacles - likely is not Taco Bell specifically since other stores share the lot. Anyway, the workers at this location work so hard and I hope their managers (and the managers themselves who are working alongside with them) are recognizing solid work ethic.“

“Always Good, but you need patience, a bit slow, otherwise, food is always fresh, and good. The only bad story I experienced was making a $21 order, waiting 12 to 15 minutes to pay at the window, to have the employee, and manager deny me to use a $50 bill to pay. They said they no longer can take fiftys, because the bank won't except them. I was angry. I had to drive away, after wasting my time. They told me this while handing me my bag of food, then taking it back. I was not pleased. Manager was not apologetic either“

“Our first time tonight. We were looking for a place with good burgers, fries and shakes. This definitely hit the spot. Everyone enjoyed their food. Prices were reasonable and the service was excellent. The whole crew really seemed to get along and were quite attentive to us and our needs. Side note: they had an excellent gluten free hamburger bun. They took the time to really toast it properly. Anyone who is GF knows how important that truly is.“

“That buttered hot dog roll 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤 oh.my.gawwwddddd! SO good! And it doesn’t break at the bottom like most hot dog buns do. Service was super fast and all the staff was friendly and looked happy and seemed to be enjoying themselves. Great environment! Will go again!“

“My wife and I had the opportunity for a late lunch today. This was our second trip to the this location. We went back because ALL the employees are extremely professional and there to provide the optimal experience. While we were dining several people came up to us asking if we needed a refill or if there was something else they could do to make our visit the best that it could be. There were a group of people at a larger table and i could see some badges. Chic-fil-a badges. I assumed on of them was the franchises owner and I was able to figure out who he was. This man as he was walking up to the counter and he asked how we were doing. He cared. He listened. It was TODD the owner. We had a great conversation and made us feel welcome. We complemented him on his location. I let him know the fresh waffle fries are what got my attention. Todd, congrats for what you have and what you are doing for your company. “This restaurant is ADA accessible. The staff is always willing to assist if needed. Plenty of room to maneuver between tables.
Drive thru service is the best of all fast food restaurants. Food is always hot and freshly prepared.
The only negative of this Chick-fil-A is the congested parking lot. There are not many parking spaces available, and it is shared among 2 other restaurants.“
