“I used the drive thru, the guy who took my order was very polite and helpful. He had a great sense of humor and seemed very cool! I asked him what he like best on the menu and he advised me to get the grill chicken cheese burrito. He asked if I’d like to make it a combo, and I said yes! The next window is where it got even better, even the cook in the background had a great sense of humor, he said hey what’s up and said hey man have a great day. He passed over the bag to the guy in the window who took my order. They where all happy looking men enjoying their time at work. It made me smile! Good job guys. “Great Dairy Queen location – so happy to have one nearby!

I recently moved to Cobalt and was thrilled to find out there’s a Dairy Queen just 5 minutes from my house. When I lived in Hartford, the closest one was about 20 minutes away, so this is a big win.

The store is spacious, clean, well organized, and very inviting. We stopped by after a trip to pick up treats for myself, my husband, and our guests. As always, Blizzard treats are a hit and instantly make everyone happy.

If I had one small suggestion to make it perfect, it would be to enjoy the filling throughout the Blizzard, not just at the very end.

We arrived close to closing time for inside pickup (around 9:15 pm, with the lobby closing at 9:30 pm). I initially thought it closed at 10:00 pm based on Google, but that’s actually for the drive-thru. Even so, we were welcomed, treated kindly, and had a great experience.

I’m very happy to have this as our new local Dairy Queen and will definitely be back — and bringing more people with me.“

Before I ordered, there was a situation where another customer was arguing with one of the employees, which made things a bit uncomfortable. However, the staff handled it professionally and continued serving customers as best as they could.
