“I randomly stopped by Burger Island since I was in the area and decided to give it a try. I got their lunch combo for $10.99, which came with a burger, fries, and a drink.
The burger was delicious and really well seasoned, and even the fries were seasoned and full of flavor. Everything was fresh and satisfying, especially for the price!
It’s absolutely worth the stop instead of grabbing a burger combo from a typical fast food place!“

“We visited on 1/3/25, and could not have been more pleased. The food was absolutely amazing. We had the apple pie waffle, chorizo skillet, and corned beef hash. The portions were large, and the food was fresh, hot, and seasoned so well. The restaurant was busy for good reason, and the staff was so friendly. We will definitely be back, thank you for a great experience!“

“I went to a Yard Goats game last night in Hartford. I was very happy to discover that Ted’s Burgers sold their steamed burgers inside the stadium. The burger I enjoyed had plenty of meat and cheese and was very tasty! The bottled water was pretty routine. I even got to meat Ted!“

“K LaMay's is my favorite steamed cheeseburgers restaurant in New England second to that Ted's steamed cheeseburgers. Once you have a steamed cheeseburger you don't want a regular unhealthy greasy burger ever again!“

“Their food is so fresh and so delicious. The Baba ghanoush is so smoky with layers of flavor; it was a little lumpy with big chunks of eggplant in the puree which I wasn’t a fan of. But the flavor is so good.
The hummus is so creamy. Their tabouli salad is so fresh and their falafel is amazing. They also have tons of vegan options.
We ordered our food online so not sure how the atmosphere is.“

“This was a great unexpected experience. My friend I wanted sliders so we stopped in for that, not realizing it was 8:50 and they close at 9pm. The hostess was so sweet and still let us dine in which was greatly appreciated. Shout out to our server Aidan he was awesome!!! He didn't make sus feel rushed ! I ordered a porn star martini which was great!!! Instead of sliders we ordered a double smashed burger to share, one thing I loved as an option is we could do half regular fries and half sweet potato fries. You know I love some good accommodations!!!! he burger was very good, I like trying smashed burgers at different places. Max you got it right!!!! I really appreciate the kind service staff had to offer!!! We will be back!!“

“Had a great meal here for the whole family, and the owner came by and joked with the kids... husband had burnt ends, brisket, ribs, etc. He loved the smoky flavor of the meat and that not all of the flavor came from the sauce. nice to find a BBQ restaurant with a veggie option, thank you!“

“Just checked out the new South Windsor location and the the experience did not disappoint. Great service, food was delicious and portions were HUGE. We had a specialty pizza, chicken piccata, salad, and house made fried mozzarella. All great. Only problem is we can’t move right now.“

My husband ordered the Chicken BLT and really enjoyed it. The chicken was crispy, and the bread was fresh. I decided to go with the Classic Burger, and the meat was cooked perfectly to my liking.

“I had them about 2 weeks ago & can’t stop thinking about them since. I read some other comments from a few other people who didn’t have much of anything good to say but personally I think their crazy the burger I had was amazing along with their parm fries 🔥 compared to MOOYAH I think this place is crack and reasonable pricing for a good burger“
