Great place for a quick breakfast and coffee!! Service is excellent, and I had the ham egg cheese on cinnamon rasin bagel. The server prepared just to my liking!!!!!

Rude servers, since I wasn’t a regular they ignored me and when I asked to give my order the server was rude and told me to wait and then proceeded to discuss me with co workers. Very unprofessional, food was cold, and not very good, wait time was ridiculous. Could have had 4 bagels with the amount of cream cheese on one. Horrible experience thought they would be similar to bagels plus in Bristol. Regret not going to Bristol location. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I love bagels plus.

The girl in there with tattoos on her arms with dark hair was very rude. She was talking to the lady infront of me for 6 minutes and kept ignoring me and didn’t take my order. She kept looking at me but kept continuing the conversation like i wasn’t waiting to order my food. She could’ve easily taken my order and then continued her conversation, didn’t end up ordering my food and walked out. 0/10

I was excited to try it after seeing all the reviews, but ended up kind of disappointed. I got a plain bagel with 2 flavor cc on the side. disappointed to say that the containers weren’t filled even halfway and ai was charged an extra dollar on top of the $4 bagel. It wouldn’t be an issue and I wouldn’t mind paying the extra if they were actually filled with an amount that would cover the bagel. I probably won’t be back, everything tasted fine though
