Great service with a fun atmosphere, oldies rock, a TV visible from nearly every seat, and the food itself is top notch. Best of all, the prices are average for a place like this - you'll spend less than $20 per person and everyone will leave with a full belly.
We used Craft Kitchen to cater a birthday party, and it was a great decision. The delivery was prompt, the woman delivering was very helpful moving the food into our house, and the food was delicious. The Potato salad, veg lasagna, pulled pork and penne vodka was all hits with the guests. The only “negative” is that we ordered too much pulled pork, a half portion would’ve made more sense rather than a full portion. At least we can freeze it for later!
First time here tonight, 8/5/23, and the food was amazing. The atmosphere was amazing, and the staff was beyond amazing. Out of 10 stars, I'd give this establishment 100. Spoke with the restaurant manager, I believe that's who she is, and she was very helpful. The owner of this location has one hell of a staff here. Will definitely be back again, hopefully next time I get a free comedy show again!
This place was awesome! Manager treated us real well!! The duck wings were good, the Mac and cheese with scallops chorizo and meatballs was ??? tomahawk steak?! Amazing! Chorizo and shrimp pizza? Oh man!! So good! Leslie and Ryan served us with smiles and good drinks! Atmosphere was cool! Thursdays was popping! We were here for a work trip and these guys treated us right! Hope to get another work trip out here asap!
Food was absolutely amazing!!! I was so shocked. It’s not a bad atmosphere, just like a sports bar vibe was hoping something different. But I am for sure coming back.
Absolutely delicious. The fried Brussels are amazing and my sausage patty is the best I've had in a LONG time. We'll be back to try more things, definitely.
I still wanna give this place a great rating. The wait staff is super friendly ana helpful. However, god forbid you didn't like something in the menu the manager will belittle you and guilt trip you. I didn't like there lobster ravioli. Lacked taste, didn't really taste of gorgonzola. Expected more for almost a 40 dollar plate. Manager had an attitude and asked if I read the menu. I kindly said I did. Then decided to guilt trip me be saying "well I just had to throw it in the trash". That was uncalled for and unprofessional. Then told me , " well others have had it and tasted it", not in a friendly way. Comments were not needed. C'mon. Love this place and the wait staff. Just not my experience with the manager If you didn't like something. Then tried to charge me for it and when I asked not to I was told, "only this once she'll make an expectation not to charge " lol you kidding?
Bought lunch for my office. The food was delicious and we all got something different Salad with steak, meatballs and burrata and a veggie panini it was all amazing!! There food never disappoints. It's our new favorite lunch spot!!
Great food with large portions and outdoor seating. The staff was very nice and made some very good recommendations. Well worth going to!
Kid-friendliness: The kids chicken Parm was very good and huge. Could have easily been an adult meal.
My only regret is that it took me so long to discover this gem.Try the poutine. Whatever else you are considering, try that too. You wont regret it. If you are a draft beer fan or craft cocktail drinker, there are plenty of great options here for you too!

Wonderful large space for a quick lunch or Dinner and Drinks. Ordered the California Dog. Incredible! Comes with bacon, guacamole, tomato and Frank's hot sauce. The hot dog and roll are high quality and delivers with that classic snap. Melissa, the lunch-time bartender; highly recommends it!! Of course, they have a much larger menu; huge bar with 30 beers on tap.
Very rude server! We were waiting ten minutes to get a soda and a cranberry juice. When he finally came to take our meal order (2 burgers) I politely asked if we could “keep it moving” because we had movie tickets in 30 minutes. His response “first of all, that’s not how you speak to a server and second of all it’s probably not possible.” We left with no meals. When your restaurant is 1/4 mile down the street from a movie theater you should be able to turn out 2 burgers in 45 minutes, and no, it’s not rude for a customer to ask.
The food was sooooo freaking good ! Well made with very fresh ingredients ,you can tell .Try the mushroom pizza,it has other things on it,but wow!!Apps ,large drum sticks ,and a Phat Charcuterie ! Awesome Chef.Dessert was better than Mazz. seriously .Goto Craft Kitchen !
My husband and I went to crafty kitchen in plainville for the first time Sunday and sadly were extremely disappointed in the chicken Marsala. Small amount of chicken in a pasty batter roasted potatoes in plenty some not done and beans too crunchy. We have been to the Southington location several times and enjoyed the food. Hopefully this was a one off.
Everything was overcooked, the Duck Wings, the Burger "asked for Rare, got Medium Well" Fries were recooked, hard and crunchy, olny thr Ribs were close to being done right. Flavor was on point, wiuld have been great if not over done.
