Usually I have a great experience with the drivers and this restaurant. But I've had a horrible experience today, I have placed my order and never recieved it. So I spoke with the representative and they canceled my order. The driver claims that he didn't see any light and no one was outside, but my door was open, the light is on, and I was outside. He didn't even try to deliver what I ordered and now its canceled. Additionally within the subheadings, I clearly stated where to turn and which house it was. I'm just baffled by how lazy this employee is.

i dont know how this place is still open. everytime i try to place an order on the app or the webpage. it gives me an error every time and tells me to call the store. i call the store and im greeted by some useless ai bot and can never speak to anyone.

Started my order in Bristol , when I got to plainville some 20 mins later the person cooking hadn't even started my order,he was talking on his phone, after finishing his call another good 10 mins he hung up then went straight to food and starting my my pizza , never washed is hands or no gloves , phones are pretty nasty. I brought the pizza home. There was hardly any sauce To the point where I looked like a see-through pink rather than red. You can barely see it. Made the pizza taste so dry!! Not good at all. Frozen pizza tastes better than that!!

I ordered a pizza from this location and when it got home it was cold and dissapointing. I left feedback in the app about my experience. I was then harassed via phone by some man who said he checked video footage and I was "lying" and he was going to call the police and report me for fraud. This was the most comical customer service I've ever seen. I wasn't looking for anything other than to provide feedback on the order. I will not order from this location ever again.

Order a cheesy bread. Got home and it was not correct. When I called they put me on hold and then came back on and said they'd give me a free one but wouldn't deliver it. When I asked the manager for a refund he said yeah and don't order here no more and hung up on me.

Not sure what my expectations were but salad was pre packaged, wings were soft and tasted microwaved, steak and cheese sub was the worst ever. Tiny little piece of something that kind of resembled meat. Better food at Cumberland farms. Only tried it cause I had a gift card.
