Let’s me honest this is the best Dunkin. No matter what everyone is a family. Do people have bad days? Yes they do but at the end of the day everyone comes to work to make great coffee and food. Snow, rain, heat wave and all they are there being amazing 🤩 love my work family

Shout out to the staff at the 19 East St Dunkin this morning! They took it in stride at the drive-thru window after I messed up and ordered hot instead of iced coffee on the app. They switched it for me and I'm grateful! ☕ 🤘

I've only been to this location 3 times. The first two, I waited 20 minutes for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. The third time, I asked and paid for extra cream cheese. When I went to eat it, there was hardly any on the bagel. Very poor customer service.

Rude at drive-thru. New, less pleasant staff for the supposedly new and improved DD? More importantly, why are you locking your doors and clearing your product over an hour before closing? Ridiculous when you already close rather early at 8.

My coffee roll was raw in the middle, if I’m able to add a video I will. It’s so gross it’s usually the best part. And I bite into complete dough

The older hispanic lady at the window is very rude…. I pulled up to the window and she wouldn’t put her hand out of the drive thru window to hand me my drink because “I was too far away from the building”. I had to undo my seat belt and reach for my drink cause she wouldn’t meet me halfway… This is her second time doing this, and then scolds me and gives me attitude like i’m her child..
