The older hispanic lady at the window is very rude…. I pulled up to the window and she wouldn’t put her hand out of the drive thru window to hand me my drink because “I was too far away from the building”. I had to undo my seat belt and reach for my drink cause she wouldn’t meet me halfway… This is her second time doing this, and then scolds me and gives me attitude like i’m her child..

Incompetence at its finest this morning at this location. Terrible customer service , terrible management , you'd think for having to hit a button on a computer it wouldn't be so challenging but somehow they managed to mess up three coffees . And then when I made a remark about my messed up coffee order , a scrawny little man decided to be a smart mouth to a customer . I get it's upsetting when you do your job wrong ( as simple as pouring coffee ) but that's where you apologize to the customer for the mistake instead of laughing and making smart remarks . Another young unrespectful Dunkin' Donuts employee. Thats why it's important to pay attention in school . So you don't end up in a dead end job you clearly don't care about . Do better dunkin do better

The WOMAN morning manager is rude and had the audacity to try to tell me my coupon was fake!!!!!!!!!! I ended up going to the Dunkin on new Britain avenue and they redeemed my coupon with no problem . This is Dunkin is just BAD ALL AROUND with terrible service .

People that work there are great. They all work together as a team to keep the customers from waiting more then they have to.
America runs on Dunkin midday Dunkin' Donuts stop. So I went to Dunkin' Donuts this afternoon wanting to try the new toasted white chocolate signature latte Unfortunately they did not have it which was a bummer but the woman suggested to try it with caramel and I love caramel so that was a really good idea to me. I also got a chocolate sprinkle Donut for my daughter which was very cute and festive for the holidays and she obviously loved it. I was also very pleased with my caramel signature latte they did it almost like The Toasted white chocolate almond but they did it with caramel whipped cream and cinnamon and I have to say it was absolutely amazing. I went through the drive-thru and I was pretty happy with how fast the line went the workers were very fast and very friendly and very apologetic about not having the drink I wanted. They also have many new signature lattes that I plan on trying. I'm sure I'll be going to Dunkin again shortly

The morning crew is amazing. The absolute best. But the afternoon crew has been a repeat disappointment. We have been left waiting at the drive thru window or sent to the lot multiple times. More often than not leaving with whatever they decide to bring out. It's never the entire order. You're almost guaranteed to get some kind of aditude if you ask about the missing items you already paid for. But only if it's after 1 pm. The morning crew is kind and knows they're regulars and treat them like valuable people not just a hassle.

4:14am, how i get an attitude cause she made the wrong coffee, coworker even explained how it was wrong & she still kept her attitude instead taking accountability. didn’t come here to make anyone’s day difficult i just asked for a simple coffee. foh

Whoever waited on me yesterday thought it was a good idea to show me pictures in his phone while people are waiting behind me and asking me if I thought the girl in the picture was pretty. Then they gave me a hot coffee instead of an iced coffee. That crew in the afternoon all they do is fool around there. The morning crew is great but the afternoon crew forget it..... don't go there in the afternoon unless you have plenty of time to wait.
