Score I start this review I will say there is some good here the manager and an employee who works here and there now on to my honest review.
I frequent this location many times a week when I order coffee it’s fine I order ahead thru app no issues. If I add food it’s a different story. This place is notorious for order long ahead I’ve ordered 20mins or more ahead to still wait. The staff could care less and the owners/management even less. I have walked in to the ovens being broken and called names by an employee when I wasn’t even rude to start just wondering why I was never offered a substitute just sent on my way. I’ve had my food not made at all and made to wait 3 to 4 customers before I’ve even been acknowledged for the mistake despite notifying the error. I have spent numerous amounts of money on add ons like extra cheese or whatever have you only to find that it wasn’t added and I wasted money after heading to work. You call the owner and met with a voicemail and no one ever calls you back. This company who owns this location used to care about customers it seems not that way any more. The best part you call customer service for Dunkin they send you to the franchisee who again never calls. This place is on my way to work and it’s hit or miss but when it misses don’t expect them to care at all. Please do yourself a favor drive up the road a little and go to the location on 19 east street or the other one located by the 4 way intersection heading towards forestville both locations are fresh,friendly and really seem to actually care about the service provided. I hope the owners see this post as you guys have refused to contact me to refund the money I’ve spent or the issues with missing orders for 2 months and I feel everyone should know how bout this store is

Completely remodeled and rebuilt. Great location, staff are always friendly and the atmosphere inside is also very nice. You often see groups of people sitting together spending time sipping on their favorite beverages.

Yall need to fix the work condition 90 something degrees In there no ac for the workers been like that for 2 years now there's other reviews about it being hot in there very poor work condition and poor condition for customers I go there 3 times a day you give them a small fan. You guys need to do better. I know you don't own the gas station but at least the care of them employees.

Its summer while I'm writing this, I walked to this Dunkin with my mom and 2 kids and it's hot in the store so I kinda feel bad. We ordered a sm iced carmel swirl coffee light & sweet, iced green tea with a shot of coconut, 2 sausage egg and cheese on croissants and 2 egg and cheese wraps.( My mom dont eat pork) We walked back to my house and my sausage egg and cheese croissant was still frozen on the inside, my son's was like warm, my moms egg and cheese wraps had sausage on both. We called and theres no answer, no voicemail was setup. Hopefully the owner can move it closer to W Main st in it's own actual building bc no1 is going to work their best in those conditions!!
Every time I go there to order breakfast my order is never made right. Today I ordered the Brown Sugar Bacon Sandwich and got just egg and cheese on a damn Crossiant. Then when u call to complain they NEVER answer the phone. Poor customer service skills as well. Smdh they need to be retrained properly. I use to work for Dunkin and you're always supposed to greet folks with a Smile ?
