service was absolutely awful the women working was more focused on laughing with the crew back there this is 4:30 on a 2/6/25 so hopefully somone dose something about them because whoever took my order the one with them cherry nails was terrible at customer service if you don’t wanna be spoken to rudely first thing in the morning dont go here and mind you no one corrected her untill i got annoyed and somone took over while laughing like its a party

I asked them to give medium hot coffee with extra milk and sugar they gave me Md hot tea even they didn’t ask me again I was in hurry I didn’t check properly this is the worst thing please check costumer order couple of times and give it to the customer

Service was awful today at 1130.there was nobody in the store or drive thru a woman who looked like a manager was on her phone leaning against the sandwich bay scoffed like i was a burden being in there and said u need help...I said yes I tried to place my order which she paid no attention to so I repeated it.then she told me they don't take 50s that I can go get change from the ExxonMobil attendant I politely asked why she could take the 50 when my order was 22$.she clicked her teeth at me and muddered under her breath so I told her she had a bad attitude and was rude and won't be back ! Manager is not a people person clearly by her poor attitude and customer service skills.

i stopped by this dunkin donuts on 6/24/24 at 1:17 pm, i had ordered my coffee which was an extra large black with 6 sugars and i also told them that i had my own cup, they told me the price, when i got to the window they told me that they wouldn't take my cup, but they would give me a cup of coffee. then i hadned them a fiffty dollar bill then they told me that they told me that they don't take that either. i had to use my dunkin card which really pissed me off big time. then to boot they way over filled my coffee cup and i had gotten coffee on my pants and i am not too happy about it at all. over all i would say that the service sucked big time. the coffee is always good. but everything else blows big time
