Worst Duncan in the decades that I have been a customer at Duncan they can't get an order right the product is beyond inferior it's never correct it tastes like crap I mean I'm not even sure if they ever clean their espresso machine because the espresso is disgusting. Order a breakfast sandwich it's not even cooked like I don't even know how they think they're doing a good job especially when you compare it to the dunkin' down the street on East Street that gives Superior service superior quality overall on the food as well and beverage.

Ordered a sausage wake up wrap. Got bacon. This just keeps happening. I understand America runs on Dunkin so they don’t have to care but it’s a real bummer over a simple request.

Ordered a sourdough sandwich. It came hot but the bread is pretty burnt. I know accidents happen, especially during lunch rush hour. I would have appreciated some communication. I would have waited for a fresh sandwich, instead. I have to ask for an extended lunch to go spend more to get a different lunch.
The customer service here is terrible. The girls who work here are unprofessional, rude, and consistently mess up your orders. I usually get someone else's order, or they forget something. Management must address these issues immediately. On several occasions, I received undercooked bagels and food. The food is consistently cold. When I informed them that my order was incorrect, they gave me an attitude and became angry with me.

Worst place ever!!!!!!! They don't fully cook their food. They always flip the donuts upside down in the bag to where you can't even enjoy the donut.. they staff is disrespectful especially this one girl susy their. Their management team is a joke.. the new manager is always late to his shifts in the morning by a half hour to hour... they dont clean the dining area every day nor do they clean the toilets/bathroom everyday either.. their muffins you eat are from the day before.. wouldn't come to this place for nothing..

Was there late Sunday morning Memorial weekend. The young woman at the register had the most negative, unfriendly, dismissive energy and the most off-putting attitude. If I go back and she’s there I walk out. I’m friendly and polite and I tip well so it wasn’t me. She needs to deal with those hateful issues on her own time not in the customers face.

I have asked for ketchup up for four weeks now in a row with my breakfast sandwich every day I’ve got shafted I will forever have a dry breakfast sandwich due to lack of ketchup packets. It’s not that big of a deal, but it would’ve saved a lot of time they could’ve just put up like I requested. Or simply in the bag sincerely, behind ketchup packet Revolution committee
