Orlando, the general manager, served us. We told him we wanted to be able to get to a 2:30p movie nearby and he took great care of us. Our food came out quickly and was enjoyed by my two nieces and me. Orlando was warm and friendly. He was always cleaning somewhere and making sure we had everything we needed. It was a pleasure to be served by him. I've felt that over the years my experiences at nearby Friendly's restaurants, from food quality to service and store upkeep have declined. My visit to this Friendlys Restaurant reminded me of why I've loved coming to Friendlys since my youth. Orlando's store was clean, the service provided by him was excellent and I will be bypassing the Friendlys in my town to come to his store. My 7 yr old niece loves Friendlys and it is her favorite restaurant. I always dreaded having to take her but Orlando and his team have changed my opinion. This is the store I will happily bring my niece to visit. Thank You and Happy New Year!

Literally disgusting!!!! This location in plainville used to be the best one around, it’s now the worst. I think worse than Bristol now that’s pretty bad!!! It’s like a ghost town there’s never a sole in there now I know why!!!!!! Clam chowder tasted like it came outta my but, the chicken wrap had hair in it, it’s just a nasty place run by nasty not good management!!!!!! Do not come here, go to another location!!!! Sadly friendlys will most likely be closing I give it a year! Their prices are insane too!!!

I went to friendlys tonight and the waiter forgot our drinks. When our food came we then got our drinks. Our food also came out with our appetizers. Then my food came with no waffle fries like I ordered. She said “I didn’t put it in because yours didn’t come with fries did you want me to put it in still” yes I ordered fries I wanted fries. This was ridiculous and ruined my entire night. I will not be coming back to the plainville location.

Waited for food I had done a online order for for over an hour sent my daughter inside to grab food fries were cold were asked to be remade since they were cold a fight/arguement broke out behind the counter between the manager and cook the cook complaining about the manager on duty on not helping by the time I got the food home I opened what was supposed to be waffles fries was absolutely disgusting it looked like some one took a spoon of used oil and poured it on top of the food my wife made all this aware to a different manager and was told a refund would be issued it’s been a week and it hasn’t been issued this happened on 10/29 I don’t understand why it takes over a week for me to receive a refund when it didn’t take a week for me to pay this is unacceptable I’ll never eat at this friendlys establish or any other at this point beware

I took my special needs sister here on Sunday (today) and she actually did very well because it was in busy we were the only people when we first got there around 2:00 and then a couple more families with kids came in there was only one server but she did a great job seeing as my sister gets stressed out if there's a long wait! I highly recommend we go support our local businesses! And take your family or kids for ice cream because everybody always loves ice cream
