I came in to this restaurant for dine-in and I had a great experience. My server Orlando, which is also the store GM, gave me exceptional service and was super friendly. It shows that he loves what he does. Highly recommend!!!!

Manager was rude and screamed at children when asked a question. I asked them to sit on the other side where I was not sitting f next to dirty tables. Then took them over 5 minutes to come to my table I asked a question. Of the waitress she went and got the manager I asked him a question and he said well we are not the other Friendlys if you do t like what we say get out of my restaurant you asked how do I co text the district manager and he screamed I’m not giving you his number now get out of my do t serve her and said I do t have time for this it’s time for me to leave not get out My little kids were crying g because he was screaming g at them. Then in the parking lot him and his friend were laughing about the situation and again said get out and dont come back again my kids start d to cry and asked why is he screaming at us.

This literally goes for the Friendly's at Plainville, Southington and Bristol locatios. These places have gone downhill. The restaurants are absolutely disgusting. The bathrooms are horrendous. The only reason why I pop in now and again is because the food is nostalgic. I used to work at the Bristol location during its prime and now it's a ghost town, and for good reason. The food is not worth the price you pay...... Staff at all locations seem melancholy..... I'm honestly surprised that the Friendly's franchise has not closed its doors yet.

We arrived at 8:51 p.m. to order ice cream at the window, and they wouldn't serve us. The guy just looked at me and went inside. The girl got up from her chair and walked past the window. I thought she was going to serve us, but she kept going. That's really rude. Workers like that ruin a good place.

The manager and staff are always pleasant and courteous.
I used to come here often, but it’s not like before. The staff were friendly and my banana split was delicious, but the surroundings and the bathroom were dirty and lots of trash was thrown around on the ground outside. We had to eat outside as the main restaurant was closed because they were short of staff.
